Sandy Jebel Ali Beach is near the busy harbor. The area is home to a golf resort and dive centers. The waters of the Arabian Gulf are rich in marine life and submerged wrecks.

Being away from the buzzing city, Jebel Ali is definitely a peaceful home away from home.

Getting Around:
Damac Suburbia’s great connectivity by road and UAE Exchange Metro Station, makes it highly accessible. The location is ideal for those working in or around Jebel Ali, the Expo 2020 site, Dubai World Central, or Abu Dhabi.

Whilst Dubai Taxi, Uber and Careem are readily available, it would be best to have your own car to easily explore Dubai. Jebel Ali Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club and Ibn Battuta Mall are all a short drive away, along with the Free Zone and Port.
