Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station, the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram station is a 5-minute walk. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).

Starting from: Monday, 27th November 2023 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Kindly note that there will be dust & noise during the maintenance work, security and building FM to monitor the work and assist other tenants if they have any issues with the work. Apologies for the inconvenience.

***This is to inform you that Unit 1207 will be carrying out maintenance work in the above-mentioned area which will last for 6 weeks.
