Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm so glad the location, fire pit, and family-friendly setup contributed to an enjoyable stay. I’m sorry the Wi‑Fi dropped intermittently and that the initial technician visit didn’t fix it. We did ultimately have to have Spectrum out to upgrade the equipment, and now it is working well. Thank you very much for staying with us. We hope you will consider returning to visit again!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, but we are sorry to hear about the floors being dirty. We will follow up with housekeeping. We loved hosting you and hope you will book with us again!

Thank you for the 5-star review! We're glad the quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the beach made your stay feel so peaceful, and that the layout, amenities, and extra half bath made the home a good fit for your group. We appreciate you choosing Meredith Lodging and would love to host you again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m sorry you encountered multiple maintenance issues — the damaged kitchen tiles, bath drain and missing trim, loose windowsills, and the compromised main-bath threshold are all things you should not have had to worry about during your stay. I’ve reported each item to our maintenance team and requested immediate repair and a full safety check, with priority on anything that could pose a risk to children especially. We appreciate you calling these issues out so we can correct them promptly.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad you and your partner enjoyed the peaceful location, beach access, and fire pit. We appreciate your helpful notes about the water filter and bedding — we’ll be sure to pass that along to our team for review. We’d love to host you again for another relaxing coastal getaway!

Thank you for the 5-star review! We're glad you had a good time and loved the place. We're sorry the TV and internet weren't working well — thanks for letting us know. Thank you for the review and for choosing Meredith Lodging. I’m glad the home felt clean, comfortable, roomy, and that you enjoy the location so much. I'm sorry the maintenance team interrupted your stay. They are instructed to call ahead of a visit, and we will be sure to reiterate this requirement with them. I will also share with our housekeeping inspector that they missed the back door in their security sweep, I'm sorry that caused you concern. Thank you for the helpful feedback!
