Sitting Bull Tipi #6 is a spacious cabin, measuring about 30 feet in diameter, and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably in two queen beds and a modern foldout couch. Designed with your comfort in mind, the Tipis are air conditioned, insulated, and stay cool in the summer and cozy in the winter months.

Inside each cabin, you'll find a small kitchenette equipped with a sink, dorm-sized fridge, and basic kitchen items, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The Tipis also have designated private bathrooms, conveniently located in separate buildings near your cabin.
These bathrooms feature cabinet sinks, plumbed toilets, and large walk-in tiled showers, ensuring your safety with coded locks.

The outdoor area of the Tipis offers a place for relaxation and bonding. You can gather around the firepits or fire up the BBQ grills (bring your own charcoal) and enjoy a delicious meal amidst the natural surroundings. A short walk down our Path of Positivity will lead you to the scenic Guadalupe River, where you can unwind on the waterfront deck and soak up the tranquility.

If you're in the mood for outdoor activities, you can enjoy our ping-pong table, corn hole, and tetherball. Feel free to bring your own games too! In the warmer seasons, we offer a shuttle service to take you to the nearby river for tubing. But don't worry, you can enjoy the waterfront anytime, whether it's for swimming or simply soaking up the sun.

There are plenty of attractions and activities close by, including boat rentals, tubing, fly-fishing, bird-watching, local restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Plus, if you're a music lover, you'll be thrilled to know that Whitewater Amphitheater is just a few miles away offering regular concerts for your enjoyment.

For smaller groups, we also have adorable bungalow cabins that can accommodate 1 or 2 guests. Whether you're renting one Tipi or multiple units for larger groups, you'll find our accommodations perfect for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located, our property provides easy access to nearby cities such as New Braunfels, San Marcos, San Antonio, and Austin. In the other direction, you'll find the scenic drives to New Braunfels and Gruene, where you can explore these charming towns and take in the beauty of the surroundings.
