The space
Designed to maximise beautiful northern light, this home’s multiple living zones allows guests to spend time together yet enjoy their own space if preferred. Accented by timber hardwood floors, quality modern finishes and stunning landscaped garden outlooks, this secluded sanctuary is sure to capture your heart from the moment you step inside.

Emanating a relaxed aesthetic totally at one with its seaside surrounds, fortunate families will enjoy a choice of two stunning living areas spilling out to outdoor living on both levels and a state-of-the-art kitchen with an over-sized stone island bench, premium appliances and butler’s pantry. With a huge elevated alfresco deck, it is the perfect spot to savour the breezes and enjoy the view.

Accommodation comprises of; an opulent appointed king-sized master bedroom with stunning ensuite equipped with full-size bathtub and luxurious shower with large rain shower head and overhead skylight, and a walk- in robe. Powder room also located on the main level. In the downstairs wing you will find a second king-sized bedroom, a queen-sized bedroom, and a third bedroom offering a triple bunk bedroom equipped with books and toys, perfect for the little ones. Floor to ceiling glazing offers stunning vistas of the garden and adjacent bushland, perfect for a late morning lie-in while enjoying coffee from the kitchen’s De'Longhi coffee machine. There is also a large family bathroom located downstairs that services the additional 3 bedrooms. Equipped with a full-size bathtub and luxurious shower with large rain shower head.

All bedrooms are enhanced by wool carpet, a ceiling fan & sheer curtains with block-out blinds. There is also a separate, dedicated study/home office and large laundry. Stay cosy in the evenings, indulging in a glass of local red around the lounge’s enclosed fireplace (wood supplied), with the added year-round comfort of temperature controlled ducted heating and cooling also at hand.

Kids and teenagers can find sanctuary on the lower floor where a private retreat is the ideal space to kick back and enjoy their own time. Dogs are welcome by prior approval. We ask that they are not on furniture or beds and all traces to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra cleaning charges will apply if this is not done.

The yard is fully fenced, creating a totally private retreat. Guests are welcome to cook with produce from the vegetable & herb garden (depending on the season). Bring your bikes and challenge Arthurs Seat or follow the off-road coastal track from Dromana to Sorrento. Stroll or ride to the Boundary Road general store, trendy cafes, bottle shop, and huge parklands (dog-friendly.)

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard, there is an oversized double car garage with internal access plus extra off-street parking.
