Super dejlig Gulf udsigt hjem med privat pool og velplejede indhegnet gård. Uanset om du sidder på tagdækket og kigger på Mexicogolfen eller sidder ved poolen og ser børnene lege, er du sikker på at være glade for dette sommerhus.

Dette hjem gennemgik en større renovering i 2015 og er som ny! Hjemmet har nu seks soveværelser og 4. 5-bade. Der er i alt tre konge soveværelser, en dronning soveværelse, et soveværelse med tvilling over fulde køjesenge, og et sjette soveværelse med en sovesofa med trille. Der er også en sovesofa, der bringer antallet af gæster dette hjem vil rumme til 15. I alt fem fjernsyn: en i heden og fire i soveværelserne. Gratis WiFi.

Hjemmet har også et stort grundniveau spillerum med bordtennis, shuffle bord, basketball og dart, der åbner op til poolområdet. Ud over tagterrassen med udsigt over bugten, har det nyrenoverede hjem tre dæk på bagsiden på forskellige niveauer, som alle er forbundet med trin og tilbyder adgang til grunden til poolområdet.

Everyone enjoyed the stay. It is in a great location, with plenty of room for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked and management and the host were responsive with any issues or questions. Everyone enjoyed the game room and upper deck for sunsets. The outdoor shower with hot water was a treat after going to the beach. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. We also loved the Christmas tree for the holidays!

The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the living spaces were roomy. We enjoyed the game room and the yard. There were plenty of games to play, puzzles to complete, and room to spread out. This is a three story split level with many stairs. We had no problem, but someone in your party does, please look elsewhere.

Just a short walk to the Gulf, with an amazing rooftop deck perfect for watching the Blue Angels buzz the beach or stargazing at night. The pool and yard are fantastic, and we love the recent updates since our last visit. We highly recommend this home and will gladly stay here again.

The only thing that was frustrating, was learning how to turn on the ceiling fans in the game room. There needs to be a sign explaining and pointing to those buttons. We thought they were remote controlled, and that the remotes were missing. We would’ve used the game room a lot more. Had we had the fans running to keep it cool. We definitely would be interested in this house again.

Fabulous Vacation with Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in this beautiful home. We’ve been coming to Pensacola Beach for decades and love everything about it. Having a comfortable home to share with our family of 6 adults and 3 children (ages 5 months-60’s) is important to us. There was plenty of room, especially in the family room/kitchen area for all of us to be together. More space than the photos show. The pool and yard were perfect and the grass areas allowed us to play games without having to be on the sand. The outdoor shower was a nice bonus, and although we didn’t use th game room, it was also an added bonus if we needed it. The garage space was nice to have and is equipped with many beach toys and equipment. (We left some for others to use too!) As others mentioned, LOTS of stairs in this house, so if they give you a problem, it may not be the home for you.The rooftop was the perfect place for early morning sunrises and such a peaceful setting. Couple things we’d like to see changed...1 other than wine glasses, there were no plastic glasses or cups to use poolside. The wine glasses were tippy and not great around the pool. More acrylic plates, cups, etc should be available. 2.the washer and dryer in the primary bedroom closet is not ideal. Very small amount of space to hang things and difficult to use the machines if you did hang in the one spot that worked. Other than those minor things, we would love to come back and enjoy this great home again next year!

Amazing beach house

We loved the house , large pool and fenced yard and the short walk to the beautiful beach ! The house was perfect for the 10 of us. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living area but then everyone had their own space with the large comfy bedrooms . It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach. We would absolutely come back again!

The rental agency was good to work with. On the flip side, the Master Bedroom closet was taken up by a washer/dryer - Could not hang closes. There was no ice making machine and the fridge put out virtually no ice cubes. The 28 steps to the kitchen/main living area gave us much exercise.

Great place

Great layout for multiple families. Good proximity to the beach. Pool was awesome!! Spent lots of late afternoons there after the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Family gathering

The whole family had a great stay in this house! It was a good location, well stocked for large groups and very clean on arrival. We enjoyed the game room on our rainy day and drinks rooftop on the pleasant evenings. Everyone slept comfortably at night. We had one maintenance call and they responded immediately and made the repair. We try to rent a spot once a year for all to gather and we would rent this home again!

Fantastic week

We enjoyed our week stay here at The Sea Dawg house! Three families with all ages enjoyed this home! Plenty of space and rooms for all! The pool and game room were a huge hit and kept kids fully entertained! The house was well equipped with everything you could need. Beach was a short walk away made easy with the included beach cart. Thank you for sharing your home, we had a fantastic week!

It would be good to know how many steps there are in this place ahead of time. Also, a recycling bin would be a good idea to have. The beach wagon and bikes were broke, but the other beach cart and toys were great to use for the beach. Extra dish towels/ cloths would be helpful. Kitchen could use some more useful serving dishes, storage containters for left overs. Game room was awesome! Very nice touch to the property! Mgmt company was very helpful and professional

Good Location to the Beach

Reviewer Comments: overall it was a good house,but had a lot of stairs to go up and down due to the living and kitchen on the top floor,when we first check in the house was musty, had to buy spray and a few dead bugs,2 showers had no water due to a valve shut off but was taken care of the next day. The game area could have been a little cleaner, lots of dirt in the corners, otherwise the pool was great and good location to the beach, would have been nice if it had an elevator.

The only downside was a lot of large roaches found everyday during our stay, some dead, some alive. We bought bug sprayed and sprayed but continued to have roaches.

Very Good Stay for Families

We enjoyed our time at this rental for a family trip. Plenty of space and all was as advertised. The property was very clean and well maintained. Location was great. The property management company was prompt in responding to any issues/questions. We would have preferred a modernized (digital) check in/out process but the company made it as quick as possible when in their office. Traffic, parking, etc. near the office adds about 30 minutes to both the check in and out process. Thanks to the owner for keeping this in such great shape. We plan to book again for 2023!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing experience for our family vacation. The house was clean and very nice upon our arrival, and described perfectly. Our only complaint is there are no outside lights other than around the stairs. We brought corn hold boards and would've liked to play them at night, but we couldn't see. Other than that no issues, we will definitely be back!
