Stylish interiors welcome you in this beautiful condo, set right in front of the famous St Kilda Beach and close to all the fun and food, you'll be a hop and a skip away from playing in the sand, listening to live music or getting your foodie fix at one of the many eateries in the area. The apartment opens up to free-flowing floor plan providing multiple spaces to relax or entertain. Large windows flood light into the space and invite the sea breeze in to cool down the unit in the summer. There is also central air conditioning throughout for those humid, summer days.
A spacious L-shape sofa is great for movie nights and the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need including modern appliances, a dishwasher, oven and island bar seating. A six-person dining table overlooking the beach is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee or end it with a glass of wine. Please note the couch has blue stains on it from being steam cleaned.
Through the artwork-filled hallway, you will find three luxurious bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king-size four post bed and ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are complete with queen-size beds.
Both bathrooms are modern and come with complimentary toiletries. The ensuite is decked in marble and boasts a spacious shower, while the second bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower so you can wash up sandy toddlers after a day at the beach. You'll also find an additional separate toilet and a washing machine for added convenience.
Another perk is the private parking space, which allows for one small-medium sized car.
**Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
