Vores hjem er det højeste på San Pedro Terrace bakken i Pacifica og har den mest spektakulære udsigt i området, der er dog ganske mange trapper at klatre for at nå rummet. Der er en elektronisk sporvogn til at transportere bagage og dagligvarer op ad bakken, samt bænke indbygget i trappen undervejs, men personer med mobilitetsproblemer finder det muligvis ikke egnet.
Vi er tæt på Ocean Sports, restauranter, natteliv pubber, Supermarkeder, familie ting at gøre, apotek butik, shopping, tøjbutik, kaffebarer, gas, bus og BART, 15 minutter til begge SFO lufthavn og SF centrum; 25 min. Silicon V., 50 km Vu fra San Francisco & Coast & Golden Gate Bridge, helt nyt: kingsize-seng, møbler, sengetøj / bad, køkkenudstyr, elektronisk indgang, WiFi, kabel-tv; + stort udsigtsdæk og GRATIS brug af vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Par, solo, forretningsfolk, familier med et yngre barn eller to. Penthouse kan også sove en person i sofaen og en person på den tredobbelte futon.

The penthouse comes equipped with all the essentials for kitchen and bath and bedding. It is very roomy for a studio and the view is unbelievable! Amazing stay!

Host was available right away when I got stuck on the tram (I bumped the emergency stop button on accident). She was kind and patient and very thorough to make sure we made it to the top. The views are stunning and the wall of sliding glass doors/windows keep it open and fresh . My only complaint is that the carpet could be replaced to make the place feel even brighter and cleaner. It’s definitely a memorable stay!

My fiance and I need this little get away vacation. The view was beautiful the location was perfect. Needs some updating, some cleaning of the spider webs, and the railing of the deck needs some painting. The tram was awesome and super helpful. I would recommend taking a smaller vehicle because the road is narrow and so is parking. Overall, amazing experience and views. I 100% recommend.

Terrible!! Cleanliness is an issue. We stayed at the Penthouse three years ago, and we commented that the carpet was stained and filthy. We thought we would give it another try and the carpet has never been cleaned since our stay three years ago. The same stains were there plus a bunch more. The carpet is absolutely disgusting!! Cleaning fees should be spent cleaning or on new carpet. The only thing that makes this place somewhat enjoyable is the view, that is if it is not foggy. We were supposed to have one spot available for us to park our car, but we had to find parking twice on the street when someone else had taken all the spaces. Parking on the street is almost not avaialable due to the tight conditions. No excuse for not having signs or options. Enjoyed the view but we will never be back!

Peaceful and Beautiful

The views from this property are incredible, and it is up high enough that it feels peaceful to look down over the beach and the water! The bed is also very comfortable! Cool and unique property.

Beautiful locations, amazing views. Two thing it could use are screen doors and umbrella on the deck. The stay was relaxing and serene. Will go back again.

BEAUTIFUL STAY & LOCATION

The photos do no justice to the beauty of this place! The space was much bigger than we anticipated. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The mountain side (entry way), we saw multiple beautiful deer during our stay, almost right at our door! The property was clean and had all of the amenities needed for our stay! Would 100% recommend if you’re staying in the Pacifica area!

An Amazing Getaway

This property was perfect for what my partner and I were looking for - a beautiful and intimate getaway overlooking the most picturesque oceanscape. Angel was helpful and immediately available whenever we needed anything, and she bent over backwards for us. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with all that we needed. Best view's ever, take the Tram to your Penthouse!

We cannot believe our luck finding this penthouse apartment above Pacifica! Highlights as follows: Perfect communication from the owners during all aspects of the arrival and through the stay > Most amazing views from inside and from the deck, windows every where > Tram, there is a freaking tram car that fits 4 adults (700lbs) and it saves you from hiking up the many levels of stairs > Kitchen, the kitchen has everything including extra oil, salt, pepper, spices, everything you need except the food to cook > Comfort, very comfortable bed, our kids slept on the fold out futon and couch, we all slept great We will be returing in 2025!

We really enjoyed our stay in Pacifica the town is so amazingly beautiful. The house was very charming and unique. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. The listing online was pretty acurate when it comes to the access to the house and the host was very good at communication. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The back story from the host about the home and furninshing was very helpfull as to why things are a little outdated inside and over all i would recommend staying here. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and enjoyed every moment there. Only thing i would add is the road to the house was very steep and very narrow and bumpy. If you have a larger size vehicle the parking would be impossible. We have a compact car and it was still very tight. The cable car up to the house was very unique and fun. Thankfully we pack light. Wonderfull and amazing place i would recommend it and stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Ocean view get-away

We had a wonderful experience in the penthouse stay. It was very quiet, had everything we needed, even a fan for white noise (which I like)! We forgot our binoculars, and were regretting it many times, so don't forget yours!! A telescope woukd be fantastic as well for clear nights too. This location is a easy drive to SF, Half Moon Bay (fishing, kayaking, or buy fresh seafood), stores are a short distance away, lots of other places. Or just stay put in Pacifica! It is a wonderful place. Angel and Jay are very responsive when needed. The place is very clean. The view is unlike any other! The trolley makes your stay very easy. We had a friend come for dinner, and they were able to find a spot to park off the side of the road a little way down the street. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your treasured space! ❤️

Amazing view!

The house was easy to find and how to use the little tram up to the apartment was all very straight forward due to Angel's instructions! Check-in was a slight issue as the door code didn't work but Angel soon sorted that for us and we were in the apartment. The view from the apartment down to the bay / beach was fabulous, you could sit and admire the views from inside and out for hours. The apartment is very dated and does need a little TLC and money spent on it unfortunately. The carpet is very stained and the kitchen needs an update. The rings on the hob of the cooker move and don't sit correctly, which is not good! The apartment was nice and spacious, the bed was soooo comfortable! The bathroom was a good size. The outside does need a lick of paint and tidying up. I wouldn't stay here again which is a shame as the views are amazing.

Amazing View, Amazing Stay..

We had an amazing time At this cliff top masterpiece masterpiece with an amazing view. We finally saw the Golden Gate bridge as we were leaving, but the views are spectacular and you will not be disappointed. A listing said that there was a hot tub and a telescope, but neither of these things were available during our stay But those are minor quibbles for a stunning property. The host was very helpful and responsive. Even though we did not need to contact them at all during our stay. Tge funicular was fun to ride back-and-forth every day. And a real life saver for bringing your things and groceries back to the unit. Getting into san francisco and other parts of the bay area was very easy and and as long as you go to right time of day you won't have to deal with very much traffic we were able to get into downtown san francisco in fifteen minutes for a concert at around four p m If you drive a Tesla or other electric vehicle, there are plenty of charging options close by with a charge point. EV go and Tesla superchargers all within a 1/2, a mile of the unit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. And we tried looking for a future concert again, but it was already booked out. Oh well, maybe another time in the future. Thank you again for an amazing property and an amazing host. You will have a great time. Don't hesitate to book this if you are looking.

We enjoyed this property so much! The view from the penthouse suite is breathtaking! It was clean and very cozy! The tram up to the penthouse was definitely a plus rather than all the stairs for sure! Would recommend to anyone.
