Great family stay

Visited with our family of four. Very clean nice unit on the 2nd floor making it easy to access the unit. I’d stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to book it. Nice property- kids loved all the pool options at the resort.

This was a great property for my girlfriends and I to stay. The property was very spacious and clean. There were a few things with the building that I wish were different such as the parking situation or getting on and off the elevation but that is just how it is this time of year with all of the vacationers. The water was off to the unit for hours on Friday during our stay which made it tricky for an event we had to go to but eventually it came back on. Again, not an issue with the unit itself but a water leak that had occurred in the building. Overall, nice location and very easy to communicate with the host.

The unit is as described. The photos are very accurate. It’s decorated very tastefully with a beach theme. It’s on the second floor so you have to park in the parking garage on level three to go over the crossway bridge to get to the Jasmine Tower. that allows you to avoid the main elevator which can be very busy. The Property Manager was very responsive to the minor issues we called them on. Overall, we would come back and stay in the unit. We had a very nice time.The resort is very nice. It’s clean. It’s crowded on the weekends but during the week it’s quieter. The beach is beautiful and very accessible to the resort. Enjoy

Great Property - 5 Star Experience

The property is just as it appears on the listing and our family enjoyed a wonderful stay. Check in and check out process was very easy with great communication.

Teacher Retreat Weekend

Amazing accommodations! Lots of beach, sunsets, shopping, fine food, hot tub, lazy river and heated pool time to "fill our cups" to make it through the cold winter months back home.

2024 Memorial Weekend

Great stay here during Memorial Day weekend. Clean condo and great communication from itrip. My kids enjoyed the pools and the location is close for tourist activities like go carts, putt putt and the reptile zoo.

Great Place

We come to North Myrtle Beach every year and stay and North Beach Resort . I am so glad we booked with this property. The room was clean and had everything that we needed . My kids enjoyed the games that was in our room. I highly recommend this place for your vacation. We will be staying here again

Girls getaway

North Beach resort and villas was beautiful. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. Check-in was a breeze. My cousins and I take the end of summer girls trip every year and this was by far the nicest resort we have stayed in. Thank you so much for making this vacation so wonderful!

Wonderful Stay

This unit is amazing, the beds are literally the best I have ever slept in, the AC was working well and the secondary bedroom actually let in very little light so it was perfect for my young family. One of my kids slept until 9:30am, which is such a lovely vacation for mom! The property was full of fun -- pools on pools on pools, even heated ones outside and a perfect lazy river inside. We used the kitchen plenty too and it was fully stocked with literally everything! The only downside I would say is that parking is in the other building so you do have to park there and then go up to the third floor to cross over to this building to then go down to the second floor. We ended up just walking outside from the garage, but fair warning that there is a bit of a trip to get from parking garage and over if you have any mobility issues. There is 15 minute unloading parking under the building to use for move in and move out day. The team was super kind and responsive!! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely weekend

My Mom and I were lucky enough to stay in Jasmine 216 over Thanksgiving weekend. The beds were so comfy, everything was clean and fresh. No threadbare linens or couch cushions in sight. The heated pools and hot tubs almost made us forget it was late November. We will be back!!

We had an amazing stay!

Everything about this unit was just as described but so much better in person! Customer service from itrip was so attentive and accessible, just a text away. We loved being in the towers vs the houses because everything was very accessible, the pool, beach access, gym etc were all right there. And being on the 2nd was so convenient (once we figured out how to get there from the parking garage lol). But we will definitely be booking with itrip again and hopefully able to get the same unit. Thanks so much!

The property is beautiful. The check in process to pick up keys and such is not convenient. We picked up after 5pm and had to go back the next day to show ID which I could have and t a picture. Check in at 4 and check out was drop keys at 10am so we had to leave at 930. That’s crazy to me.

The requirement to show ID in person is clearly outlined in our rental agreement, which all guests review and sign prior to booking. This policy is in place to protect the owner’s property and prevent unauthorized or underage bookings, and for that reason, it is not something we are able to change. Our key pickup and return times are standard for the area, and we do offer after-hours accommodations when needed. While we understand it may feel inconvenient, these steps are an important part of ensuring a safe and smooth stay for all guests and owners. Thanks for staying with us!

Sunny Vacation

Very pleased with this 2nd Floor Oceanfront 2 BD/ 2 BA condo. Was initially concerned about the view but it worked out perfectly! Check in was a breeze and this unit was well-appointed and convenient particularly since it is on the 2nd floor -- no long waiting periods for the elevator. Will definitely return!!

Great Stay in 216!

Our family of 7 just enjoyed a wonderful stay. The accommodations are very nice; the place is decorated really well, and there was plenty of space for six adults and a nine-month old! I believe the outdoor deck was one of the nicest from what we could tell with plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy time together while enjoying the outdoors. We liked that being on the second floor, we could be close to the pool area, yet private as well. Plus, we could use the steps to our room when the elevators were busy. And, I have to mention the water pressure for showering was wonderful! We all commented on that! We like the Windy Hills section of Myrtle Beach and this was our first time staying at North Beach. We would definitely book this place in the future if travel plans takes us to Myrtle Beach again soon!

The unit had a very nice lay out and was great to be second floor - still had a water view plus not beholden to elevators. We took the stairs at every opportunity as the elevators were busy and the wait could be long. Itrip who we booked with was ok. There was offsite required check in. I’d suggest there is a better way with today’s tech. They could be slow to respond and not totally clear on their communication. Understaffed possibly? The resort is not really a resort. It’s a giant condo. They have shuttles to limited sites. If you forgot a toothbrush or need water or beer forget it. You need a car or an uber. We used Walmart plus for delivery of grocery items. No sundry store onsite which seems like a missed opportunity? The beach is fabulous. The people are friendly. This unit was overall kept in very nice condition and we’d choose it again. Mostly there were families at this resort. It was pretty quiet after 10pm. Despite the no smoking we had a heavy pot smell all day everyday wafting from a neighboring balcony. As well we noticed it around the pool. But seems that is everywhere these days. Overall would recommend the location and this particular unit.

Our office is intentionally located off-site, and this is communicated prior to arrival. During check-in we verify the identity of every guest, confirm they meet our minimum age requirement, and ensure reservations are not being made on behalf of someone else. As property managers, we have a responsibility to protect our owners' investments, and these procedures are an important part of that process. We're also sorry to hear you felt our communication was slow. We reviewed your stay, and each time you contacted us, we responded promptly and worked to assist you as quickly as possible. As for the resort itself, this is one of the most popular oceanfront destinations in North Myrtle Beach, featuring over 2.5 acres of pools, multiple hot tubs, a lazy river, private beach access, on-site dining, and seasonal shuttle service. While there isn't a convenience store on the property, both CVS and Walgreens are located about a mile away, and grocery delivery services are readily available, as you mentioned. Finally, while smoking is prohibited throughout the property, we unfortunately cannot control the actions of neighboring guests. We appreciate your recommendation and are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall.

Great location and amenities!

The space was great and the location was even better. We loved being on the second floor because we had a one year old who needed to take naps, so it was nice to be able to go out on the balcony while she slept and listen to music playing at the pool! The only downside was that the place was a little dirty, the floors didn’t seem to be cleaned, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, and there was a large bug in the shower. It wasn’t anything that ruined the vacation for us, but the cleaning services should be reevaluated so that they can make sure everything is clean before the guest gets there.

Great getaway!

Loved the cleanliness of the room. Has everything you need. Plenty of dishes and things you need if you cook. Loved the variety of different pools. The fact that it's on the second floor is a huge bonus. Having to wait for elevator is not fun. One thing I didn't really care for was the pool area. No outside drinks or anything really. And drinks weren't cheap. Couldn't even carry beach chairs through. Had to walk to the public beach area.. But other then that it's fine.
