Spotlessly clean, quiet retreat with lovely views of a babbling brook, pond and their farm. My family of four loved staying here while visiting family nearby. So much better than a hotel. Highly recommend!

How house is beautiful and so well set up. It was comfortable, clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay completely. These folks are sincerely super hosts.

Cozy and comfortable holiday stay

Stayed here to visit nearby family over the holiday. What a cute spot! The farm setting outside and cozy touches inside made this a comfortable and quiet place to recharge. The bed, living room, fireplace were so comfy, and extra amentities like toiletries and coffee were so appreciated. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and gracious. Hope to stay here again!

An immaculate house, set on a beautiful landscaped rural setting. Everything you need is there. Equipped with a great kitchen and comfortable bedroom, Have picture post card views and very attentive hosts. Easy access to supermarket and other shopping choices. Their animals are adorable! Definitely will come back.

Absolutely Beautiful

We had nothing lacking in any amenities for this property. Its a slice of heaven on a quiet rural area and it was great to watch all the birds, babbling brook and animals. Have already had friends from out of state stating they are going to book this for their next vacation adventure.

This spot was beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. The home was lovely and had everything you could need and then some and quite spacious. The hosts were right there if you needed them for anything at all, but they also gave you space. The check-in process was simple the notebook gave tons of helpful information on everything you need to know. We loved our stay-- it was just what we needed. We would love to come back! Very enjoyable!

Quiet retreat

I really enjoyed my stay here. The house was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you might need. A nicely appointed kitchen, a large living room with beautiful views of the pasture and pond, and a separate bedroom with large closet. Checkin and checkout was straightforward. John was a gracious host. Highly recommend!

Definitely quiet, but also clean and comfortable. Well appointed with everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Loved the quaintness of surrounding little towns, visits to Mystic and Newport, RI for the mansion tour. Our stay coincided with a nor’easter. Our hosts made sure we had working flashlights in the event of a power outage. When the power did go out, the hosts quickly got a generator running. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect and wonderful

My husband and I enjoyed this wonderful place so much! The apartment was furnished beautifully and had all the little touches that makes a stay away from home comfortable and livable. Everything was so clean and modern including the lovely bathroom. The animals and the pond and the pretty landscape was so relaxing. The owners were also very accommodating and especially kind to our grandkids. It wasn't far from anything but it felt far away which was a good thing! I highly recommend this.

Off the Beaten Path

My husband and I were looking for a comfortable place that was close to the shore. We found it in an apartment on a small farm in the lush forest of Killingworth! It had all the amenities we needed, especially with the very hot humid weather we encountered. The hosts, Suzanne and John were always helpful and very friendly. There are beautiful grounds. Lots of lawn, farm animals and just about anything a person could want for a wonderful getaway! We happily recommend this property for a couple or a small family! Peggi & Rick / South Burlington, VT

Our stay was wonderful! The beautiful property felt quiet and secluded while still being centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The house was so clean and comfortable, and stocked well with anything we might have needed. It was a welcome space to return and recharge after a day of adventures. The host was also great. She was very helpful and welcoming even before our check in. She also went above and beyond by rescuing my daughter's stuffed horse that we had accidentally left behind.We would definitely stay here again!
