From the owner: “I’m sorry to hear the game room heater was not sufficient. It is stated in the description that the game room is not temperature-controlled. Although with two heaters, we simply cannot guarantee the weather/temperature during January in KY. We did not receive any call or text; perhaps we could have made your stay more comfortable with added heaters. Please understand that the outdoor game room is an enclosed exterior building, adjacent to the fire pit and hot tub. The intent is for our guests to warm up and enjoy this entire area in all seasons.”

Thank you so much Casey! We certainly love hosting families and friends … hoping to give them plenty to do together while at our home! We’ll be here for y’all to return in a few years!!

Hi Cody, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed to hear that the noise affected your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-Most guests have not expressed concerns about noise, but we understand your experience was different.-While we can't control the occasional loud vehicles on the nearby road, we have placed a fan in the home for ambient noise and will add two more fans in the bedrooms to help mask any disturbances.Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. We hope to host you again soon!

Hi Barb, we followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- I reached out to you via text on August 5th to introduce myself and offer assistance during your stay, as I do with all guests but didn’t receive a response. I wish you had reached out to let me know about any concerns during your visit.- The home is professionally cleaned and well-stocked, but I'm sorry to hear that it didn’t meet your expectations. The professional photos and the description on the listing accurately represent the property, and all guests are encouraged to choose a home that best suits their preferences.- I looked into the small black bugs but couldn’t find any signs of pests. However, I would've promptly addressed this if I had been informed during your visit. The homeowner works hard to provide a wonderful guest experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied visitors.
