Cincinnati city life is less than a half hour drive north, where you can catch a sports game, visit a historical museum, book a tasting at a bourbon distillery, shop to your heart’s content, or plan an evening meal at one of the eclectic local restaurants. If you prefer to keep closer to home, the city of Florence is the perfect in-between compromise, only 10 minutes from the home and offering its own desirable selection of shopping and dining. When you’re ready to retire for the day, enjoy a relaxing evening on the home’s upper-level deck where you can dine on your dinner al fresco while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the back yard.

- Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen size beds and an ensuite half bathroom with a single vanity.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo.

- Washer and dryer in home, accessible through the basement bedroom (Bedroom #4).

- Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.

- This home is equipped with a Ring security system camera that monitors the exterior, covering all access doors.

- Fireplace is NOT operational.
