Smukke rolige ranch retræte. Stort stort værelse med træbjælkeloft, bjerghytte-atmosfære med pejs. Afsondret på 5 hektar med smuk udsigt over dalen og hesteområdet. Fuld RV hookups. Spabad, pejs også i soveværelset, ovenpå casita med ekstra barnesenge, soveplader, køjesenge, 2 port-a-krybbe, legetøj og spil, og dæk med udsigt. Utrolig vandreture, naturskønne kløfter, få minutter fra smukke Snow Canyon. 15 min. Fra St. George restauranter, shopping, golfbaner, Tuacahn udendørs amfiteater. Adgang til Las Vegas, Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell eller Brian's hovedski. Fås til St. George Marathon, Triathlon, Senior Games, Iron Man, Dixie Roundup rodeo, alle andre begivenheder. Fantastisk adgang til maratonbane. Sovepladser 12 i senge + 2 port en krybbe. Vi har ekstra sovepuder / barnesenge. Kan rumme dine heste, hvis der afholdes forudgående aftaler. Beautiful secluded ranch

Stayed with two families and lots of kids in February to go hiking in Snow Canyon. The location is quiet and beautiful. Kids loved playing with horses and chickens. There is a family of deer that visits every night that we were able to feed. The hosts were responsive by text and very helpful.The house is lived-in. I think the owners live there when it's not rented out. This didn't bother me but it's worth mentioning (i.e. there are groceries in the fridge and clothes in the closets and stuff).

Marathon weekend

We stayed here over marathon weekend. Had 5 runners and lots of support people! Was great to be closer to the start line. Very peaceful out of the way stay. Great kitchen to cook and host 14 of us. Hot tub was a bonus after the race!

PICTURE PERFECT

Amazing house, views and Grounds. Owners were very responsive and caring during the entire process.. Even the Horses were amazing with their loving spirit. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous retreat away from the hustle and bustle of life!

This amazing home was perfect for our family. It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The home itself is gorgeous and welcoming and the views are absolutely breathtaking!! Only 15 minutes to St George. With 4 older kids and a grand baby, there was plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the hot tub!!! Thanks for opening up your beautiful home to us!!! We will be back!!

4th July getaway

The pictures do not serve justice for this property. Pulling into the community we began to feel like we made a really good selection and then pulling up to the ranch, took out breath away. The homeowners have been so flexible with times so we can make the most of our weekend getaway. we had some big plans, but only ventured away once, as we just felt so comfy and cozy just staying on the grounds. The highlight of the trip, our kids not knowing there was WiFi, but not caring to have their phones on hand and just enjoyed the grounds, being active kids We look forward to Maybe coming back and when there is snow. Beautiful property, the kindest homeowners. Don’t second think this property and come experience what we got to enjoy!

Annual Family Vacation

No question the views are amazing and property is private and secluded while still in a community setting. Our family of 10 were able to spend quality time in the living/kitchen area with no problems at all. Grandkids enjoyed the play area and all the critters. Coco and Krispy (goats) were so much fun to feed and watch. As a previous review mentioned, refrigerator space was somewhat limited, especially for a group of ten. We experienced a few unexpected issues that were immediately taken care of by Joel and Terri. They were great hosts and made sure we knew we could contact them for any reason at any time. Our usual family fishing trip to Mammoth had to be cancelled due to fires so fortunately we were able to come here. While the local fishing can’t compare, we were able to enjoy many of the beautiful sights the area has to offer. We had fun and hated to leave.

As GREAT as the 1st Time

We enjoyed our 2nd visit to Eagle Ridge tremendously! This is the kind of home you have to see to believe. The full ambience can only be felt when sitting in the picture window overlooking the valley while the horses and goats (that act like horses) play below and an eagle zooms past you. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is your place. You are close to Snow Canyon park which rivals The Wave in Kanab, Pine Valley which has been likened to Switzerland, and St. George if you actually start missing city life. As you can tell by the pictures, this home is loved. The property and animals are well taken care of. The home is comfortable and cool enough for the 4 teens in our group to want to return for a 3rd trip! You won't regret a stay at Eagle Ridge! Thanks Teri and Joel for the great communication and the opportunity to make some great memories with our kids!

Beautiful and quiet property

The house and property were lovely. We enjoyed the horses, goats and chickens immensely. Friendly neighbors checked in with once, very nice. Refrigerator was really full, and we could have used more than 2 shelves, but the fresh eggs were delicious.

Excellent for Everyone

This Property has it all. Great views. Great wood-burning fireplace with an endless supply of wood. Great hot tub. Great place to gather and connect as a family. And the hosts are fantastic.

A nice change of scenery

Our family usually stays at timeshare condos. This was a wonderful change! We had so much space to play and gather. The horses, goats and chickens were a unique experience. The owners accommodated every request and went well out of their way to give us a horse riding adventure! This is one of the family's favorite get-togethers so far.

Beautiful Ranch near Snow Canyon

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The owners were easy to work with and offered helpful suggestions for places to visit. The house is spacious and well cared for. Our children loved the playset and collecting eggs from the chickens each day. Nearby Snow Canyon State Park offered gorgeous scenery and hikes that were great for our kids. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and enjoy this beautiful area.

Incredible views with a beautiful home

The perfect location for a peaceful and private getaway for our family. Everything we needed was provided for our experience to be the best it could be. Can’t think of a thing we needed for things to be any better.

Holiday get away

The house is very nice and has a large open living room which is great for get togethers. This is the first time I’ve stayed in a place that felt liked they lived there full time. In some ways it was weird and other ways it was beneficial.

What an Amazing place!

We had a wonderful time at the Ranch. We rented it for two days and had our daughters wedding open house here. It was perfect. We had a place to stay, prepare the food and we weren't on a time crunch. It was cold outside but the fireplace made it very cozy. There was plenty of places to stay for our family from out of town. It farther away from St George than some of the family though but it worked good for us. We went into Veyo and it had everything we needed. There was a wonderful restaurant called, "A Slive a Veyo" that had the best hamburger and fries. I heard the pizza was fabulous as well. The room above the garage was perfect for the adult kids. They could stay up late and play games and we didn't even hear them! There were lots of games and movies, blankets and extra mattresses. Teri was so easy to work with and was so kind. We will definitely rent it again when the weather warms up and we can enjoy the outside. Thank You Teri for helping make this day extra special.

The property is everything we had hoped for and more. The views are stunning!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property!! The unobstructed sunrise views greeted us each morning and from atop Dammeron Valley the whole world seemed aglow. Easy access to hiking, biking, kayaking, rock climbing, and spelunking. We were able to do all of that and have plenty of time to come back to the property and enjoy the many amenities. A wonderful place we hope to visit again and again!

Perfect getaway!

Perfect getaway! We absolutely loved our stay. The house is gorgeous and comfortable. The owners are very nice and accommodating. We really felt welcome and at home. We enjoyed the hot tub and use of the fireplace and outdoor fire pit. We would absolutely return and recommend to anyone visiting the area. The only recommendation I would make would be to increase water pressure particularly in the master bathroom. Other than that it was truly an exquisite retreat. The owners even provided some helpful advice on some to do’s in the area which we did and had so much fun! Check it out, it will be worth your visit.

Wish we could stay forever

What you see is what you get...and more. Unlike some listings that only show the good parts or leave out unfavorable information, this home is exactly as pictured. It was amazingly clean from top to bottom and had all the basic neccesities one would expect. Teri and Joel had a binder full of need to know info and local things to do. In fact, they had such good information covered in their binder that we ditched our plans and used theirs instead. We were not disappointed! Our children, ages 8-14, enjoyed stargazing in the clearest sky we'd ever seen, and feeding the goats, Coco and Crispy. And collecting the chicken eggs was a fun first as well! The home was impeccable and in such a great location - a short drive from St. George and nearby Zion. We plan on returning if Teri and Joel will have us!

An Oasis only 15 min from everything!

What a beautiful home! We were so grateful to get to stay in this beautiful home/ranch! Very private, safe and comfortable location against the bluffs with views that will capture your attention from the hustle and bustle of life. Clean, fully stocked home with plenty of everything! Beds were very comfortable & plenty of extra space for provided cots, sleeping bags etc! The short drive into St. George is absolutely pleasant, beautiful and quiet. The horses, goats, chickens, outdoor patio, hot tub, and space to enjoy is so refreshing! I can't say enough about how wonderful this stay was! Thank you Teri & Joel! And God bless you!

My husband and I raised our 4 wonderful kids in Southern California, where my husband worked as a dentist for 30 years. We built our Dammeron Valley home in 2010, and are living "my" dream on our small ranch with our 3 horses, goats and chickens. We love beautiful southern Utah, hiking, boating, camping with our horses, and especially being with our 12 beautiful grandkids. We are very involved in our church, currently working with young single adults ages 18-30.
