Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was everything and more. The great view was blocked by the hedges! Trim them dow about 12 inches!

The house was in a good location for all that we wanted to see since this was our first time in Cape Cod. The view from the house is beautiful. The small beach area near the house was great for when we didn't want to drive to one of the big beaches. We would recommend this property to others.

Minimalist beauty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has great views and the layout worked well for a couple in the master bedroom and two friends in the upstairs twin bedroom. Another couple could easily have been accommodated. 3 bathrooms was great.Some things to note:We were told there was a path to a beach from behind the house. There isn't! Very disappointing. There are unsafe stairs to a marshy area; no path, no beach.The road is very busy with no sidewalks, so you have to drive to the nearby beach and you need a sticker to park. We drove everywhere because it was unsafe to walk or bike.It's dangerous getting in and out of the driveway in a car because of the angles, bushes, and speed of the road.The house is clean and nice but very spare on things like pillows and blankets (bed and throw).It's not possible to enjoy the bay views from outside the house. There are a few plastic chairs provided in the small yard space but the hedges need trimming in order to see the water.

The property is located on a marsh, and while the path skirts the marsh and leads to the beach about 100 yards away, we’ll review our listing to ensure this is clearly communicated. We also appreciate you noting that there are additional beaches a short drive away, which is depicted in the photos. We understand the challenges posed by the busy road and driveway, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused. We’ll consider providing more guidance to help guests navigate the driveway safely. Regarding the outdoor space and amenities, we regret that the seating and view did not meet your expectations. We’ll look into enhancing the landscaping and adding more pillows and blankets to improve comfort for future guests. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
