Prime spot on a quiet Harwich lane, five minutes to Pleasant Bay and Chatham center. Walk to Dunkin’ for coffee, pedal a mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or tee off at Cape Cod National Golf Club. Nickerson State Park hikes, National Seashore beaches, and markets in Harwich, Dennis, and Orleans are all within a 10‑min drive. Back home sink into the 5 seats hot tub, gather at the stone fire pit, cook at full kitchen, stream a movie on a SmartTV, and let the kids roam the playhouse & swing set.
Enjoy the Lower Cape from this roomy two-level home on a quiet Harwich street with a walking trail just beyond the yard. Natural light fills the open layout, anchored by a new quartz kitchen with breakfast bar and stainless appliances.
Stroll the neighborhood or follow the backyard trail. Pleasant Bay beaches, Wequassett Resort golf, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and Chatham’s shops and dining are all 5–10 minutes away. National Seashore beaches and Nickerson State Park hikes are an easy drive.
Ideal for two-three families, multi-generation trips, or a friends’ getaway, the house sleeps up to nine with AC, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, washer dryer, and parking for two cars plus street.
Outside. Soak in the hot tub, gather at the stone fire pit, grill dinner on the gas grill, and dine under the string lights. Kids have plenty to do with a swing set, playhouse, soccer net, and open lawn, while adults relax in two lounge chairs.

We are a family from the Boston area who loves the charm and beauty of Cape Cod. As frequent travelers, we understand the importance of a comfortable and welcoming home base. We enjoy outdoor activities, exploring local cuisine, and spending quality time at the beach. Hosting allows us to share our love for Hyannis with others, ensuring our guests have a memorable and relaxing stay. We chose this Harwich neighborhood because it sits at the sweet spot of the Lower Cape—quiet, spacious, and beautifully connected to everything people come to Cape Cod for.
Tucked into a peaceful cul-de-sac near Pleasant Bay, this area feels residential and relaxed, not touristy or crowded. You wake up to birds, not traffic—and still reach Chatham, Harwich Port, and some of the Cape’s most iconic beaches in under ten minutes. That combination is rare and, frankly, priceless.
From here, it’s effortless to explore. Bike directly to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, spend the day at Pleasant Bay or the National Seashore beaches, golf at nearby courses, or wander Chatham’s shops and restaurants. Nickerson State Park is close for hiking and nature days, while coffee runs and everyday conveniences are right around the corner. You’re never far—but you never feel “in it.”
