There are 5 bedrooms including kids bunk room, fully equipped gym, sauna, bar/games room, state of the art kitchen, multiple outdoor entertaining areas with BBQ, even a paella cooker, air-con, laundry, lift and secure parking.

The location provides numerous spots for fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, boating, surfing, water skiing activities and more importantly there are tranquil and scenic lake/beach areas in which to relax away from the crowds of city life.

If you enjoy restaurants/clubs, the café scene and nightlife there are may options within walking distance or a short 5 – 10 min drive. The two clubs in the area have a courtesy bus available as well.
Forster is just a 20 minute drive for major shopping precincts and cinemas.

Many local attractions such as Frothy Coffee Boatshed, Great Lakes Winery and art galleries are all close by.
