I’m glad the layout and basement worked well for your group and that you enjoyed the master bath and slipper tub. I’m sorry the king bed was too soft and the frame squeaked — we will have maintenance inspect the frame and evaluate the mattress comfort. Apologies also for the missing kitchen items and limited dishwasher pods; we will restock oven mitts, sponges/washcloths, dishcloths, and ensure sufficient dishwasher pods going forward. I’m also sorry the WiFi didn’t work for you — we will have our tech team investigate and improve the troubleshooting information in the house manual.
