Welcome to Sea Vous Play, your luxurious beach getaway at Cinnamon Shore South! This stunning lakefront home has private, dune crossover access to the beach, and it’s a perfect blend of comfort and coastal elegance. Near Neighborly Pool and two parks, it makes an ideal retreat for your beach vacation!

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Interiors throughout have a bright, airy design, capturing the essence of life on the coast! The second-floor, open-concept living space is thoughtfully furnished, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. Large windows allow natural light to fill the rooms and offer picturesque views of South Lake. Cozy den seating includes a sectional sofa and club chairs. Host meals at a dining table for 8 with rattan-backed chairs. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen-turned-culinary haven, featuring stool seating at the island, modern appliances, and ample counterspace. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, you'll find everything you need for any culinary desire.

From this comfy main living area, step onto a spacious balcony, where an outdoor dining area awaits. Savor sunset views, feel the sea breeze, and bask in the afterglow of a great day at the beach. The outdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining, sunset cocktails, or simply unwinding with scenic lake views.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: With four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, everyone has their own private space. Three king suites and a thoughtful twin bunk bed suite provide comfortable, stylish accommodations for you and your guests. The third-floor primary suite has a private balcony with lake view and bathroom with shower and luxe soaking tub. One first-floor king suite includes a bonus twin bed, perfect for a family, while another first-floor king suite boasts a lakefront patio. The third-floor bunk room offers a twin built-in bunk, play area, storage and connected bathroom.

GREAT FEATURES: A convenient grilling balcony overlooks Neighborly Pool for grilling up steaks or seafood, while a wet bar near the dining area helps you host a party. Bold wallpaper choices brighten the powder room and back beds in two king suites, adding to the coastal-chic style. Two laundry rooms on first and third floors add convenience!

House was excellent. Very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. Oven did not seem to heat to set temp. May need to check it out.Overall very pleased with house. Cinnamon Shores communication is lacking (had issues with cart/beach set up rentals and couldn’t get anyone to text or call me back to resolve problem).

We loved that it was right across from a pool. There was enough parking right out front for two SUV’s and a golf cart. The view of the lake from the back of the house was beautiful. The kitchen had every gadget you could want/need. Having hair driers in each bathroom was super nice too! We enjoyed driving the golf cart to Cinnamon Shore North each evening and loved eating at Lisabella’s & Dylan’s Pizzeria. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Excellent home!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is fantastic. The third floor is perfect for parents and children. Our 3 and 5 year old grandchildren were so content to sleep in the bunk beds with TVs at the feet. The kitchen and living room second floor was comfortable, efficiently laid out, and well-stocked with everything needed to cook for 9 people. The first floor was excellent for two more couples. Washers and dryers on fist and third floor was very convenient. The neighborhood pool is awesome. We have stayed in 3 other Cinnamon Shores houses and this is the best house we have used. The only unfortunate issue was the condition of the beach on Mother’s Day 2024. I have been going to Port A for 50 years and I love it. Two inches of seaweed with quite a bit of plastic and rubber trash mixed in. The city does not clean the beach. Cinnamon Shores should clean the beach in front of the community. My 3 star rating of amenities is due to the beach condition.

We understand your concerns regarding the condition of the beach. While we share your desire for a pristine shoreline, we are bound by the regulations in the Texas Natural Resource Code § 63.091 and 31 Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Chapter 15. These regulations protect the dunes and vegetation along the coastline, prohibiting us from removing any seaweed once it settles on the shore. Spring is a beautiful time at the beach with plants in full bloom!

Reviewer Comments: Our Family Vacation at Cinnamon ShoreOur family recently stayed in a beautiful townhouse in the south area of the resort, on Sea Vous Play, perfectly located across from the pool. With three king bedrooms, it was ideal for our group of six adults, three children, and a newborn. From the start, the resort staff made us feel welcomed and cared for—special thanks to Misty, who checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The resort offers something for everyone. The parents enjoyed watching as the kids (and adults) built sand castles on the beach. The kids loved the Luau activities—tattoos, face painting, ice cream, and music—and we were able to capture priceless family photos that we’ll treasure for years. In addition, the beach staff were attentive, making our time by the ocean simple and relaxing by delivering extra chairs.The highlight of our trip came when we visited the Shore Café for lunch. We had hoped to keep our tradition of enjoying pizza, but the pizza restaurant was closed at lunchtime. Brooke greeted us warmly when we wandered into the Shore Café and she assured us that the café would take good care of us. Our five-year-old, who has nut and egg allergies, was initially disappointed when a quesadilla seemed to be his only egg-free option, but the chef on staff (the Tuesday after Labor Day) went above and beyond, creating a handmade pizza designed just for him. The smile on his face said it all—and soon, the other kids were “fighting” over slices of his special pizza! It was a beautiful reminder of how thoughtful and attentive the Cinnamon Shore staff truly are.This was not just a vacation spot—it was one of the rare places where we felt the staff genuinely cared about our family’s experience. The home was beautifully decorated, stocked with everything imaginable & perfect size for our grown family of 4 and our blue heeler. The layout and decor was unmatched!! And the primary bath was simply amazing! The views of the sunset over the lake each evening were the perfect end to a beach day at Sandfest & a dip in the nearby pool. The staff at CS isso helpful & friendly and no stay at CS would be complete without a Sage Cart rental-they were great (as always) too! Can’t wait to return to CS South & Sea Vous Play!!
