• Master bedroom: King-sized bed with walk-in robe and private ensuite
• Second bedroom: Comfy Queen bed
• Third bedroom: Double and single beds for the kids or extra guests
• Bonus: A huge 6-seater chaise with a built-in sofa bed for those extra visitors

Summer days are sorted with the inground salt chlorinated pool – pure backyard bliss! Note- the pool is not heated
The covered outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ and dining table is perfect for those legendary family gatherings.
Boat owners, rejoice! Side access and garage access make loading a breeze. The fully fenced yard means the kids and pets can play safely while you kick back and relax.

Comfort is king with multiple heating and cooling options:

• Ducted evaporative cooling
• Ducted gas heating
• Cozy log wood heater
• Split system for those extra-hot or chilly days

Parking? No worries! Plenty of space in the garage and to the side of the house.

One quick note: This is a residential area, so keep the volume down after 11 pm – be a good neighbor!


Other Things TO Note:

- Free Wifi

- Maximum of 2 pets welcome. You will need to notify Yarrawonga Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will be applicable.
Dogs cannot be left unattended at the property

- Yarrawonga Escapes does not provide firewood or kindling for firepits or wood heaters. Guests are welcome to purchase firewood from local service stations or Bunnings Yarrawonga.

- All Bed and Bath Linen are provided at this property. Just remember to bring your own pool/lake towels.
Check in time: After 3pm : Check out time: 10 am.

- Guests do not have access to the shed located at the rear of the property.

Self Check-IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location.
The check-in instruction will be sent to you at Midday on the day of your arrival.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Yarrawonga Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
