This condo was great as advertised and a perfect fit for our group. A few very minor upgrades would be nice - new paint, more wash clothes and the one tub makes a lot of creaking noises. Even so - would definitely rent this same condo again - very nice!

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad the space worked well for your group overall. We take cleanliness seriously and want to note that we have no prior or subsequent reports from guests or our cleaning team indicating issues of dirt in the home. Our turnover inspections and documentation before and after your stay did not show any concerns in the areas mentioned. We also did not receive any communication during your stay, which would have allowed us the opportunity to address anything immediately and ensure a better experience in real time. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and will continue to closely monitor and maintain our cleaning standards.

Wonderful and Impressive Stay!

My group and I had a memorable and amazing stay at this Nasvhville Vrbo. The location was safe. The Vrbo property was even more gorgeous than the photos, with 3 full bathrooms, and the highest ceilings I've ever seen! There was plenty of room for our group of 8. Also, the host was a great, timely communicator and was accommodating. I would definitely recommend - thank you!!

WONDERFUL! We had two couples and two singles staying together. Three bedrooms and three baths were perfect. The elevator was wonderful as several of our party have issues with stairs. It was so convenient to drive into a garage, unload our luggage and zoom up to our floor. We did not spend much time in the condo but it was very clean and well furnished with plenty of sitting space and kitchen space. The decor was great. Would love the kitchen at my house. Any questions we had were addressed very promptly. We didn’t have any issues. The entire group had nothing but great things to say about the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group of seven stayed for a long weekend. This property was as comfortable, clean, and stylish as it appears online. The decor was modern and inviting. The kitchen was nicely appointed with many essentials. We appreciated the coffee bar. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t cooling well, so we needed to buy some ice and coolers to keep our perishables cool. The owner was unable to fix the issue during our stay, but offered us a small discount to cover our out of pocket expenses. It wasn’t ideal, but we appreciated the gesture. A secured parking garage was included and we felt very safe at this property. There is also ample street parking available. The location was convenient- a short drive to Broadway, the Gulch, and the fairgrounds. It’s also very close to both Vanderbilt and Belmont in case you are looking to stay close to either.

We really appreciate your patience regarding the refrigerator during your stay. Very spacious, clean and cute decor. 6 girls stayed for a long weekend and we loved every second. I liked our vehicles being in secured parking, be prepared that the spaces are very tight (one is between a wall and a concrete pillar and the other has a pillar right next to it) and you have to back in. The only suggest I would have for the host is to get something to cover the door out to the deck. Even knowing you are 3 floors up, sleeping right next to the door that anyone could look in is uncomfortable. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
