Welcome to your dream beach house escape! This stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Gulf view beach house offers a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and breathtaking coastal beauty. With a private heated pool, convenient beach access, and spacious living areas, this vacation rental promises an unforgettable experience for your family or group.

Take a dip in the heated pool any time of the year. Lounge on the pool deck and soak up the Gulf Coast sunshine while sipping your favorite beverages.

This beach house boasts a spacious open floor plan, offering plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for movie nights.

Each bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort and style, with its own private bathroom. The master suite, with its king-size bed and stunning Gulf views, is a true retreat. Both gulf view bedrooms walk out to the pool deck.

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows. Please contact us if you want the pool heat turned on. Pool heat is $50/day.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog applies.
10. Optional pool heating fee is $50/day

We had a wonderful stay! I wish the listing had included that they have the pots and pans to cook for a crowd! I brought mine with me, and didn’t need it.

Loved the place. There was a storm, it knocked the grill over and we couldn’t really find cleaning supplies I.e.a broom. Minor wear and tear in the place for a vacation rental. All around, we loved our vacation and would definitely revisit

Very nice place! Easily accessible to beach very short walk. The only issue was that one of the beds wooden bottom was broken causing the mattress to cave in. Reported it on the Saturday and they were there Monday to fix it.. overall great place!

Our stay at Purple Waves was amazing! Lots of open space for grown up’s and kids! We had a little glitch with key code upon check in, but could have been my fault. Entire family enjoyed easy access to the beach, and really enjoyed the pool with gorgeous views!Our smoke detector kept going off though we were only using the toaster. Owner was quick to get back and help. There were no dishcloths, dish towels or oven mitts, but we muddled through it.The showers could have more water pressure and temp little hotter. The landscape needed some attention.Overall everything was very comfortable, relaxing, and a wonderful time was had by all! Definitely would like to come back! Thank you!

Listening to the waves in the quiet atmosphere while watching the sun rise/set from the pool from extremely relaxing. The layout of the house was great for my family and our extended family.

This newly constructed house was very spacious and accommodating for my entire family. They love having their own space after spending most of the day in the common areas. We had plenty dishes, utensils, pots, pans, towels, etc and we loved having the pantry. The living room and front bedroom was missing lamps for soft lighting but other than that this vacation was fantastic!

Dauphin Island Stay

Nice place. Very spacious and as advertised. Door lock mechanism would not work, had to call and use the key, but was resloved within a few minutes. Newly built unit, so the outside area below and around the house was covered with construction debris, including loose nails and screws (not good for tires).

Just as described!

Everything about this stay was great! Check in was a breeze, it was clean and just as described! We had an issue with the gas on the grill, Maintenace was there just a short time after to fix the issue. We did arrive back from the beach one evening and wanted to get in the pool, but the heater wasn't working and since it was evening time, we didn't feel the need to bother someone to have it looked at so that was on us! Perfect location and just minutes from the beach. We would absolutely without a doubt stay at this location again and are already making plans for next year!

The house is exactly as listed. Great location to the beach. We loved the pool and how many rooms it was. The rooms were laid out nicely also. We would recommend better quality bed sheets and better curtains for the bedrooms. They are see through so they let a lot of light in. The sheets are low thread count and felt a little scratchy. The auto lock on the door needs to be fixed as it doesn’t line up when you try to lock it. You have to hold it a certain way closed to get it to lock properly. There also needs to be instructions on how to lock it since it’s not a one touch lock. It’s a combination of two keys. Our power was out all day one day - for about seven hours - we never found out why & we were gone during most of it. But because of that we lost out on the heated pool that day since our trip was in March and the heat was needed. Hosts were communicative about all the minor issues and we appreciated that. Also an FYI - since the house is built up on stilts it does sway slightly in wind. We had a couple of super windy days and it felt a little weird getting used to. We had never been in a house like that, so just a heads up. I would definitely recommend this house and these hosts. I just wanted to share all the details up front. Thank you for a great trip!

Overall a great place to relax and the pool was a nice option especially with children. Only complaint would be kitchen essentials were lacking but we survived just fine
