The beach view from the condo was excellent! It was just a very short walk to the beach, and there was always plenty of space to set up our chairs without feeling crowded. The beach itself was never overcrowded, and having a lifeguard on duty throughout our entire stay gave us added peace of mind.There were seashells in abundance, which made for fun walks along the shore. Parking was easy, and since our room was on the second floor, we could park and walk directly to the front door, making loading and unloading a breeze.The condo was spacious and comfortably accommodated all eight of us. Having access to three bathrooms was a huge plus and made getting everyone ready much easier. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo to others.

The bathroom faucet was not draining. No handwashing liquid and toiletries. Only one small tube of shampoo and conditioner for 2 days . Vey less towels for 2 days.

A really nice condo style property with easy beach access. The kitchen was a "galley style" and could be a little tight with 2 people trying to use it but effective. We had everything we needed to cook meals-plenty of pots/pans/etc and also storage for the food we brought. The open floor/view into the dining, living room and then balcony, made it seem open and spacious. Upscale looking interior with columns. We needed a table with 8 dining seats and this place had it. The pools, hot tubs, and location to the beach were key for relaxing days between the two. They also had so many "beach borrows" (chairs/umbrella/etc), we could have left ours at home! The kids liked the lazy river, pools, and hot tubs. While it was further than most people's walking distance from the strip/Family Kingdom (about 3-4 miles), we just drove there a couple nights.We had a problem with a electrical breaker. One night we didn't have power to the master bedroom-after resetting it multiple times. Maintenance came in the next day and actually had to rewire something. Communications on the issue were great and the maintenance guy was very professional and courteous.Minor things,the interior hallway walls could use fresh paint or magic eraser to remove scuffs.The shower curtains (2 of 3 bathrooms) need replaced or bleached due to minor mold/mildew.The elevators broke one day. Luckily, we were on the second floor-adjacent to the parking deck. All and all would recommend/stay again!

Property was beautiful and clean, with great access to the beach. The check-in process was difficult because on a Sunday . We waited 1 hour 20 minutes and no answered the phone at the realty. We were stressed with not being able to contact someone for the code to enter the property on Sunday. The host did not answer my message on the day of arrival. The front door lock code should have direct ions to open and lock it at the time the code was given to us. The kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were as nice size. The breaker trips when the dryer and master bedroom lights were on. I liked the dining area and relaxing in the deck was enjoyable. We loved the lazy river and pool. We would have rated it excellent if we hadn’t had the terrible experience with the realty.

Beautiful location

This place was amazing! Plenty of room, gorgeous views. Communication with owners was almost immediate if you have questions. Tons of stuff to do, places to eat. I would recommend this exact location for anyone wanting a beach getaway.

Great for families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This was the second time we stayed at this location with the previous time being in a different unit.The location is great with relatively short drives to anywhere.This unit being on the second floor made it super easy to access. The only time we had to use the elevator was to get down to the ground floor for beach access. It was very clean and had plenty of room. Check in/out was also very easy.The only minor downside to this property is the parking can be a little tight but overall a great place to stay.We would definitely stay again and recommend.

Me and the family loved how clean and open the space was. The parking space has enough room for large vehicles, loved that. We look forward on returning to this rental again. The host was definitely the best. They took care of us our need quickly. And yes! I would definitely work them again.

Wonder Brothers Reunion

Every year my two brothers and I vacation together. This year we brought our spouses. Your three bedroom & bathrooms were perfect for the six of us. Actually, your pictures pale in comparison to the actual condo. Everything appeared brand new, fresh, clean, and beautiful. I would strongly recommend staying here again.

The place was perfect fully stocked with everything we needed, parking was perfect. The floors were not cleaned our feet were black we had to wash the floors and found some trsh left behind under furniture and behind the curtains. Besides that the view and amenities were great.the bedroom with the 2 beds had an issue with the fan lighting and fan not working . When i said something i was told someone would be by the next day no one ever showed.. we enjoyed our week very much except for the last night. When there were a few loud new people that have arrived .and after 10 pm while trying to sllep as we had a 13 hour drive in the am the people in room 206 became very loud and continued to bang on the walls when complaine the owners acted like it was not an issues until i got more upset and i dont think anything was done or said to this room as it went on all night . This was not acceptable considering the lost of sleep and driving we had .ahead of us. This was a terrible end to a wonderfull vacation. Sad

Great Condo on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The property had easy access to the beach, which made it so convenient for our family. The condo itself was spacious, with plenty of room in each bedroom and large bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking supplies—perfect for meals at home.It was also a nice surprise to find a few beach chairs and an umbrella available for use. Just a heads up: make sure to check out the local beach rules before packing, as the lifeguards do enforce specific umbrella guidelines.The location was great—just a short drive to several stores, restaurants, and fun local activities. The owner was very responsive and provided great customer service throughout our stay. The parking lot was a little tight for larger vehicles but there was always plenty of parking. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future!
