Welcome to Grand Atlantic 306! This newly remodeled oceanfront 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo offers a comfortable and relaxing coastal retreat in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Located on the third floor, the unit features a private balcony with sweeping ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and LCD TVs throughout. We had an awesome view from the LR and Primary! Very clean condo, no problems! Plenty of towels, the pool has their own towels @poolside. Heated pools and Jacuzzi was great! would stay again!

Slept 8, very clean, full kitchen. Located two levels above the pool with nice balcony and convenient parking. Hairdryers and towels provided. Only enough shampoo for one day so might bring your own. Dishwasher didnt work so bring paper plates. Very large space, would stay again.

We loved the condo and its location —the space, direct beach access made our stay extra special. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only minor issues were a rusted toaster and shower rods in two bathrooms that could use replacing. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

The room was great. Only thing is the kitchen was scarcely stocked... Meaning if you're staying longer than a couple days... You'd have to bring or buy things to be able to cook. Otherwise, great time. The view was awesome!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. We were very pleased to find a configuration with three bedrooms, four beds, and three bathrooms for our group. We used the full kitchen every day, and we were pleased with how well appointed the kitchen was with blender, crock pot, hand mixer, mixing bowls, pots and pans, and dishwasher. It was wonderful to have a washer/dryer in the condo as well. The location was ideal for us, directly on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean and a close drive to a grocery store, activities like minigolf, and the boardwalk. We also enjoyed the six different pools (sun pool, wading pool, lazy river, covered pool, and two hot tubs) each day. We would definitely come back here again!

Clean and great access!

The property was very clean and had great access to the beach, nice pools and convenient to restaurants and Grand Sports Complex. Parking is very tight and limited. Should provide more than 1 trashbag. Check in is a pain.

The rooms were very clean and the view was amazing. Didn't get in the pool but used the hot tub. Had several text messages back and forth with Grand Atlantic and they were very helpful. Was a little disappointed Friday when so many more people were staying there. It was very loud, especially after 11:00 pm. The clock in the living room wasn't working. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

Reviewer Comments: There was a lot of construction going on, they were getting close to opening pool and beach access but they were all closed while we were there. I think it will look very nice once completed, but was loud and inconvenient while we were there. Condo was spacious and accommodated our large family well.

The three bedroom three bath condo gave everyone space they needed while still having time together. Everything appeared clean and well kept. The only issue was the cleanliness of the floor/ we had a crawling child and her knees, hands, and feet were always dirty from the time we arrived.
