Beautiful location. We encountered a few issues which makes me not give everything 5/5, but this could be a 5/5 property. Our issues were with the non working smoke detectors that kept going off and the solution suggested was to take it down ? Or a choice of moving to a different property that was not on the ocean. The Grand Atlantic is fantastic with indoor and out door pools that were heated so we could swim in Marxh. The propety is updated and nice.

The unit was very nice and worked well for our group of six. It was very nice having a balcony overlooking the ocean. It is a family friendly place so if you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is not the place but if you’re looking for time with the family it’s good!

We loved the condo and its location —the space, direct beach access made our stay extra special. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only minor issues were a rusted toaster and shower rods in two bathrooms that could use replacing. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

The room was great. Only thing is the kitchen was scarcely stocked... Meaning if you're staying longer than a couple days... You'd have to bring or buy things to be able to cook. Otherwise, great time. The view was awesome!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. We were very pleased to find a configuration with three bedrooms, four beds, and three bathrooms for our group. We used the full kitchen every day, and we were pleased with how well appointed the kitchen was with blender, crock pot, hand mixer, mixing bowls, pots and pans, and dishwasher. It was wonderful to have a washer/dryer in the condo as well. The location was ideal for us, directly on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean and a close drive to a grocery store, activities like minigolf, and the boardwalk. We also enjoyed the six different pools (sun pool, wading pool, lazy river, covered pool, and two hot tubs) each day. We would definitely come back here again!

Beach condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a lot of construction going on, they were getting close to opening pool and beach access but they were all closed while we were there. I think it will look very nice once completed, but was loud and inconvenient while we were there. Condo was spacious and accommodated our large family well.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 10. jul. 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your understanding regarding the construction. We’re excited about the upcoming pool and beach access improvements and agree they’ll be a great addition once completed. We’re sorry the noise and closures impacted your stay, but we’re glad to hear the condo’s spaciousness worked well for your large family. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again once the renovations are finished!
