Very nice condo that I would recommend to anyone! The cleaner does a good job cleaning and making decorative figures out of the towels. Host was very responsive and helpful, the freezer froze over our first day and they had someone there ASAP to fix the issue and the fridge was back to working! They said if we had any other issues or questions to let them know and they would get us taken care of!Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location. Loved the overall view from the balcony. Sitting outside listening to the ocean in the morning was a great way to start the day. The towels and bedding had some holes and stains on them. I Otherwise a great place and would definitely come back.

The house is beautiful. (Front desk) Check-in took a little bit more time than what I was expecting . They couldn’t find my checking information. (Kitchen) The refrigerator didn't work and we didn't realize it until the next morning, our food was spoiled they finally fixed until 8 PM. Other than that, we had a good time. Air conditioning work perfect….,,

Kitchen well stocked and condo very clean. Notes regarding refrigerator instructions clean but in accurate. The fridge/ freezer was not cold enough to keep milk or freeze pop cycles.

Using a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, I would rate our overall stay a 6/10. The resort itself is the only reason this rating is as high as it is; otherwise, the unit alone would have been closer to a 2/10. Bella Serina is an amazing property. The staff was second to none. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless—an unquestionable 10/10, and cleanliness is something I consider a basic expectation.Décor & Furnishings: The décor and furnishings were a 5/10. They are long overdue for an update and noticeably dated.Balcony & Features: The balcony is the standout feature of the entire unit—an easy 10/10. The decorative tile work, which appears to be standard across units, was also a nice touch.Amenities & Functionality 1/10: This is where the experience fell apart. For the price, the lack of functioning amenities was extremely disappointing. The patio grill didn’t work. The TV in the primary bedroom only received one channel, and I’m fairly certain the remote didn’t even belong to that TV.The fridge and freezer were essentially unusable—the freezer never cooled below 34 degrees, and the fridge felt only slightly cooler than the evening air.The Wi-Fi router looked as old as the unit itself and performed exactly how you’d expect a decade‑old device to perform.Given these issues, I would not stay in this unit again. I hope this review helps prevent another family from experiencing the same level of frustration and disappointment we did.

Nice unit but needs replinishment of the basics

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Bella Sirena, but this unit has extremely limited kitchen supplies. They need more cookware, glasses, plates, can openers, etc. VERY basic and very picked over. Also needs more towels. We had an issue wiht the AC and te management company was on it and had it resolved immediately. This unit could be great if they refreshed the kitchen supplies and provided more towels. Could use an extra chair or two in the lviing area as well.

Very Disappointing

Property manager didn't get us code for door and it was very hard to get it. Unit was tired and older decor. Could tell it hadn't had a good clean in a while (dirty vents, platforms to beds, windows, etc.). We only had two big towels for four of us. They said they'd bring up around 9 - they came after we left at 11. Hot water heater didn't work first night and had to figure out there was a switch that needed to be turned on. You can tell it is never ower occupied. Our 4th time at the Bella and won't be staying at this unit again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. We want to clarify that we made multiple attempts to reach you prior to check-in through both the VRBO platform and phone calls (including voicemails), but unfortunately did not receive a response. This made it difficult to assist you promptly upon arrival. Regarding the concerns you raised about the towels, hot water, and cleaning, we’ve addressed those with our team to ensure everything is up to standard. As for the decor, this is the first time we’ve heard concerns about it, and this unit is in continuous occupancy with many satisfied guests over time. We appreciate your honest feedback and hope to provide a better experience in the future.
