Store ferie pool hjem, 3 soveværelser / 2 badeværelser. En spektakulær skønhed med saltvandspool på 2. 27 højt anlagte hektar. GRATIS WIFI. Dette hus ligger i smukke omgivelser og har højt til loftet og en meget stor pool. Huset på 2100 m² med formel foyer med søjler, spisestue med lysekrone, trinbesparende spiser i køkkenet med en morgenmadsbar, går i spisekammer og et krogområde. Splinternye apparater (opdaterede billeder tilføjes snart). Fuldt flisebelagt hjem med hvælvede lofter, kronestøbning og planteskinner. Stor master suite med kingsize seng, tv og skabe. Master badeværelse har et jacuzzi-badekar, separat bruser, dobbelt håndvask og stort walk-in-skab og et separat toilet. Et soveværelse med king size og et med queen size seng. Gæstebadeværelse med badekar / bruseniche og toilet. I huset vaskerum med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Puljen kan prale af et frit flydende vandfald. Den store pool er omgivet af et stort poolterrasse med liggestole. Bageste eksponering sydpå og poolen vender mod øst / vest, så du får næsten hele dagen sollys skinner på poolen! Der er en cirkulær indkørsel foran huset med masser af parkeringspladser. Huset ligger 30 minutter fra stranden og 20 minutter til Ave Maria.
Restauranter / butikker: Ny PUBLIX og CVC ligger kun 8 minutter fra huset. Restauranter som Stevie Tomato's, IL Primo Pizza & Wings, kinesisk restaurant, Subway, McDonalds, Dominos Pizza ligger 17 minutter fra huset ifølge google map. Bank of America og forskellige butikker alle 17 minutter fra huset. Dette er et perfekt sted til en poolferie.

Wonderful neighborhood getaway

Just as described. Owner was very quick on communicating. Me and my wife needed some alone time and the location was ideal for that. Place was very clean

Beautiful home and pool, but also comes with many downfalls

House was clean and beautiful. Pool with screened in porch was fantastic as well. Downfalls would be the location. It is NOT 8 miles from the beach (in the description on VRBO the owner said 8 miles)it is 20+ miles away. It is also a good distance from restaurants and shopping centers. The owner had me pay an additional $50 for early access to the house (about 3-4 hours early) and he also charges $15 a day for the pool to be heated. There is no grill. You have to supply your own. If you attempt to go to the beach, make sure you bring your own towels, beach toys, umbrella and chair since those aren't provided either. Again, beautiful home and pool, but the location, additional fees and lack of beach supplies is a downfall.

Rural Estate Retreat

Oh my goodness, what a find this property was for us! We loved the rural location, the house was just beautiful. Literally everything catered for, spacious property with a fantastic pool. We just wished the baby turtles had shown themselves, but we kept a distant eye on the turtle nest daily. We did purchase a clothes airer, which we donated to the property, for items that couldn’t go in the dryer. We also left behind/donated a shower stool, that one of our party needs to use, mainly due to successful shopping trips! The location of this property was perfect for us. Nicely out of the way, but close enough to all that we wanted. We really hope to return to this beautiful house soon.

Beautiful, quiet spot away from it all!

This property, located 30 minutes from Naples beach, was exactly what we needed for some R&R. The house is large and well-appointed. A bit dated, but that didn't impact our enjoyment at all. The pool and back yard are gorgeous; a private retreat feel that was perfect for some much needed downtime. Gerry was very attentive and accommodating. It was a great stay!

Great house and property

The house and location was really nice. It is a little far away from main attractions, but worth the drive and Gerry the owner made sure we knew it was a little farther out. The Neighbor hood was nice and peaceful and master bed room even included a temperpedic bed, which was perfect for me.

This was our second stay at this property . We returned because we were very satisfied already the first time and this stay was the same . House is very clean , nicely decorated , well equipped kitchen , communication with owner was again excellent and overall environment is just beautiful . We hope to return again .

Awesome Stay!!!

My family and I have stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals, and this home is by far the absolute BEST!!! Gerry is wonderful to work with, he checks in (texts) throughout the stay to make sure everything is going well. The home was not only beautiful, it was clean, and well stocked. The home is located a little bit out of the way from town, but not too far. We actually loved the location because we didn’t have to worry about bothering our neighbors, or them bothering us. We spent most of our days out by the gorgeous pool area, it was just a great way to relax. I could go on and on about this rental, but to just sum things up, YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WHEN RENTING THIS HOME!!! Thanks again Gerry, and we will definitely be back!!!!

Our experience at property was wonderful. The pool was extra fun for our family. Our sighting of our deer family was fantastic on Thanksgiving morning. It was extra special. Loved our stay.

Very private and beautiful home.

You can’t go wrong with this one. It’s further out but that’s what we wanted. Naples can get very congested so we loved coming home to the peace and quiet of this home. Owner was wonderful to work with. Would stay again!

Naples Private Paradise

My husband and I had a wonderful week at this Rural Estates beautiful house. It was extremely clean. The pool and screened lanai were our favorite. The pool is very large and the waterfall was very relaxing. We saw deer in the yard several times. The master suite and bathroom were very spacious. The yard has beautiful landscaping and the back yard is very private. We will be renting again! The owner promptly answered any questions. We hated to leave!!

Comfortable home, great yard

House is perfectly convenient to Naples and Immokalee. Very comfortable, especially the master bed. The yard is large and very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set on the patio by the pool. Communication with the owner was prompt. Would stay again.

Vacation

The property was very clean when we arrived . It was all we could dream of . No complaints of any sort . The owner was in contact as needed on short notice and even help us to deal with our vehicle issue . It is very peaceful place with beautiful clean salt water pool overlooking huge property . The only neighbour is a horse named Wattanah . Please give him an apple , he will love you . We would love to come back any time . Great experience !

Great house surrounded by trees very peaceful environment

We were very pleased with this house; it was extremely cleaned and the kitchen was well equipped with all necessary tools to cook. Pool was good and well maintained. We had a great time with my parents, husband and two teenagers.

Great spot for a relaxing week. House was in great shape and the manager Gerry answered your texts promptly. He was fabulous. (Some nights deer cross the backyard. at dusk) Location is about 40 minutes to downtown Naples

Rural Estates

We were very pleased with our rental experience. We were familiar with Naples and knew the area was not near the busy parts of Naples which is what we wanted. We were there for a funeral and had people over in the evening after the reception (with prior permission from the owners). This property was perfect for that and family members were impressed with the house and grateful for the opportunity to continue reminiscing and socializing since we don't often see them. I would tell future renters to be on the outlook for the confirmation email shortly following the booking and to add the phone number of the owners to your contacts because that does happen quickly and it's a little freaky if you don't. And if you drink wine, you might want to pick up a couple of cheap wine glasses because I couldn't find any. Maybe they broke during previous renters. We made do as there were plenty of regular ones!

Relaxing Vacation Home with Great Pool

Nice well kept and well stocked vacation home with a great pool. Common spaces had very high ceilings, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and deck are are large and private. Perfect location for exploring and hiking in the nearby nature areas especially Audubon's Corkscrew Sanctuary and the Bird Rookery. We really enjoyed our stay.

Naples Vacation

The house is beautiful and well appointed. The two king size beds were very comfortable, slept the entire night through, an unusual event for me. The house is situated away from the busy traffic we found traveling in and around Naples. It is very quite and peaceful. The pool did not seem to heat up initially so Gerry allowed me to modify the start and end time of the heater and that solved the problem. Grandson and I played in the pool in the mornings for a couple of hours. Gerry was very quick to respond to any inquiries and was more than helpful.

Great Country Retreat

My mom & I loved our stay at this quiet little country retreat. There is a good amount of room, the pool is fantastic, a big kitchen for cooking meals & lots of privacy. It was just what we we needed. The house has some wear and tear but over it's in good shape. Great communication with the owner & we hope to be back in the future!

Excellent place, but FYI

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Lovely place and setting. Loved the remoteness. The pool was perfect! A cold front came thru, so we were really glad we paid extra for heating the pool the day before and day of our arrival. We stayed just 1 night, but could have stayed longer and would certainly rent it again. I believe this property is better suited and more economical for a longer stay. Not just because of the excessive cleaning fee - more so because you need to bring in all your food (no restaurants or retail close), ice (icemaker worked for 1 beverage then stopped), coffee (only instant is provided), dishwasher and laundry soap, shampoo (only conditioner is provided), and bar soap (only foaming hand soap is provided).  We also could not find any blankets - only a sheet and a coverlet are provided on the beds. We were unable to change the thermostat (we did not press button, only turned per instructions), but wasn't an issue we just opened windows. We also helped ourselves to the delicious ice cream 😊 In summary would love to stay here again, but would come prepared or confirm with Gerry what is provided in the rental, and would stay longer to justify the cleaning fee. (Would actually prefer to see a slightly higher nightly lodging rate with reasonable cleaning fee!)
