We had such a nice stay! Beautiful view, clean, and excellent hospitality from Bender Realty. The condo is in a perfect location, not too much crowding. Easy access to the beach and clean! We’ll be back! Thank you again!

Perfect Beach Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of four (two kids, two adults) stayed for a full week in September and had the best time. The condo was as described in the pictures, had the perfect location next to the state park, was cozy/comfortable, and was very clean. We loved the balcony and spent most of our time (when we weren’t at the beach) out there. The beach was amazing, the weather was perfect, and we enjoyed seeing dolphins regularly. This was our second time renting through Bender Realty and they were great to rent through. We would stay here again!

Great condo close to everything

The condo was clean and bad everything we needed. The only quirk was a very small master bath but we didn’t mind it. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Place To Stay

I truly enjoyed the condo it was beautiful and the host is very easy to communicate with. It was some trouble with the elevator ( not just the expected repairs), it slowed my trip down some but we still enjoyed. It was nothing that the host could have done to change that situation. Will definitely like to stay again.

Perfect Little Getaway

Location was great, right on the beach so no lugging beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. very far, they also have beach rentals available. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed and under construction while we were there, but the outdoor pool was nice if you needed a break from the ocean. Lots of good restaurants and outdoor activities. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect for 2 people. King bed was firm and could use a pillow top if you like a softer bed. Overall this is a great unit and updated.

I would not recommend this unit. It is not being properly maintained. Our second day there, maintenance came to inform us there must be a leak because the unit under us has water coming through the ceiling. After a couple visits from him, he tells us the master toilet isn't sealed properly and is leaking every time we flush. He told us if we had to use that shower, to put some towels on the floor in case that was contributing to the problem. At the end of our week long stay, nothing had been done to the toilet. We did not use that bathroom at all because we didn't want any more visits from maintenance. They brought huge fans and dehumidifiers into the bedroom to dry out the carpet in the closet that was wet. The maintenance guy touched the baseboard and a chunk came off because the it was completely rotted, highlighting the fact that this is not a new issue and it should've been fixed long ago. This is a small ONE bedroom unit so i can't express how frustrating it was to have all of this going on in that bedroom/bathroom. When all this started, Bender Realty did say they would relocate us if we wanted, but would refund/compensate us if we chose to stay. Well, I should've known better. A few days after we left I finally reached out asking for my refund. They said, "sorry for the misunderstanding", and sent me a 20% "refund". Also, we found socks and candy wrappers in the unit our first day there so the cleaners were not thorough. I won't stay at a Bender property again.

We truly regret the leak during your stay. As with our own homes, maintenance items will occur, but we understand it's especially difficult when it happens during your vacation that you have saved for and looked forward to. Your decision to stay in the condo since it had a second bathroom was understandable, and we were happy to compensate you three days after your departure. We have several lovely units in Royal Palms as well as elsewhere in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and we do welcome the opportunity to host you in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in this condo 10+ years. This was a first with Bender and we had a few issues upon arrival. Towel rack was broken, no linen’s for sofa bed and room dehumidifier was full and needed a new filter. Also when we moved the sleeper couch away from the wall to access an outlet it was filthy. We arrived on Sunday took pictures and were at Bender first thing Monday morning. All issues were resolved promptly with the exception of the filth behind the couch which we discovered later.

There are some maintenance things that need to be addressed. While shampoo was provided, there were NO beach towels! That was a major inconvenience. Overall it was clean and had a great view. Indoor pool was freezing and had so much chlorine your eyes burned walking through.

Peaceful Long Weekend

There was plenty of room for us and the veranda was awesome for morning coffee or evening drinks. Everyone at the condos were kind and helpful. Bender Realty was only a text or phone call away when we had a question. The best part was the State Park was next door so we were not surrounded by other condos. We will definitely stay there again!!!
