The house was very spacious and perfect for large families. The house was as shown in the pictures, which is sometimes not the case. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool area was also spacious and clean. The game room was super fun, I appreciate that it was in its own room in the house and not in a hot garage. Communication with the host was great any questions I had were quickly answered. I would rent this house again.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and I appreciate the team checking in daily and making sure that we were enjoying our stay. I stay in the same neighborhood every year and I’ve never had anyone else check in with us like that every day it was very appreciated and I felt very cared for.

Overall excellent property, exactly like the pictures, which isn’t always the case.Various very minor issues were all resolved quickly when reported. The age of the games room is starting to show, for example one of the 2 arcade machines kept breaking, and ultimately had to be left switched on if we wanted to use it. But the games room was still enjoyed by us all, as was the pool. The area was good, no queues to get in & out, we could literally get to & from Disney parks in 15 minutes if we used Osceola Parkway. The only annoyance was one day when the neighbours had a loud party clearly involving the smoking of weed.

Great home as described in pictures. Good location. Had some maintenance issues while staying but host was responsive and addressed them in timely manner. Would have liked to have more towels and dishwasher pods available.

Home away from home!

Our stay was absolutely beautiful! Everything was exactly the way it was pictured! This will definitely be one of our “go to” properties next time we’re in Florida.

Spacious house with lots of bathrooms for privacy. Great layout for large families, amazing games room, 2 family room spaces and nice big gathering tables inside and out. It is a bit of a drive once in the community after long park days but that wouldnt stop us from renting here again.

Logan's WDW First experience

The house was perfect. Very spacious, clean and well supplied. We have stayed at many houses at Storey Lake and this house is by far the best one. Next time we rent a house in Storey Lake we will rent this one if it is available

Highly recommended, beautiful spacious home!

We were a large group of 10, 8 adults and 2 kids!! We loved everything about this home. The game room was awesome, the pool as well. The host was very quick to respond with anything we needed. The house was super clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The listing indicated 4 king beds but the Mickey bedroom upstairs was only a queen, this was not a big deal though. It’s a few minute walk to one of the clubhouses which was super convenient. Great neighborhood and close to Disney! The only thing I would change is having propane In the tank for the grill and more towels!!!! Would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyable

The home is perfect for a large family. Frustrating after driving two days to get there & be told we weren’t on the list by security, we wasted over a hour trying to get in contact with someone bc if was at 4pm..They should atleast have the person who rented & signed agreement (paid)on the list. Was disappointed that The basketball game was broken when we got there & that bbq grill propane tank was completely empty!! so we had to pay to have that filled & yes I know it’s in the lease agreement but there should atleast be a start up amount if we are paying extra for usage. Overall the house was great and the use of parks etc was a great option!

Thank you for your feedback! We apologize for the confusion with the names at the gate, we understand that it was a frustration situation for you. We would like to point out that the basketball game wasn't broken, the display wasn't working but you could still play the game normally. We appreciate your opinion regarding the BBQ grill but we always stress out the fact that the propane tank is the guest's responsibility. The fee is only for the use and cleaning of the grill. We appreciate your valuable input and we're glad you enjoyed the house!

Graduation 2024

Property was exactly as pictured. Beautiful rental...rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and definitely fit our needs for the stay. Outside pool area was nice our kids loved it, didn't even need it heated due to the warm weather. Grill was great for BBQ. Game room for us was a big deal very nice, but unfortunately all the games did not work, which was a bummer cause if your paying for these amenities, they should at least work. TV's in bedrooms were not working or if they did they where signed in on with someone else acct and seemed like someone was controlling tv's. Blender in kitchen didnt work. Reached out to owner in reference to these issues no response, but when I reached out about wanting to pay and use the grill they automatically responded with the key code and made sure they took my money out for that, but again no response to the not working items. Overall it was a good stay, house was great, location is great right down the street from a little mini park, (walking distance) close to alot of stores and the water park resorts was every thing. I would definitely stay here again, if the owners would fix the minor mishaps. Communication with owner prior to trip/stay was great, responded in a timely manner and answered any necessary questions... fYI.. The night before departing there where several cops and helicopters surrounding the area. Definitely need more security at the exit gates

Thank you for your feedback! We would like to point out that we didn't receive your email regarding these issues that you mentioned and the only message sent on the VRBO chat was from us. We did receive the email about the grill and we replied as quickly as we could because we strive to maintain faster communication with our guests. We do wish that you had tried to contact us through the VRBO chat or called us so we could have taken care of these things for you but we apologize for the inconvenience. We're glad you enjoyed your stay anyway!
