Hi there! Thank you for stopping in at Coastal Oasis. Thank you for your feedback—we’re very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. The condition of the pool you described is certainly not acceptable, and we’ve already addressed this with our pool service team to ensure it is thoroughly cleaned and properly maintained. We also apologize for the odor you experienced in the living area—this is being investigated and addressed with our housekeeping team. Regarding the bedding, we’re sorry it felt uncomfortable. We use mattress protectors for hygiene and safety standards, but we understand they shouldn’t impact comfort, and we’ll be reviewing this along with the condition of the linens. We truly regret that this was your experience, especially as we want every guest to enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. Your feedback has been taken seriously, and we’re actively working to correct these issues. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this situation caused during your stay. We understand how unsettling it must have been to return and find a contractor at the property without prior notice. Clear communication with our guests is extremely important to us, and we truly regret that this was not handled as it should have been. While the scheduled work was intended to address maintenance items and was expected to take place outside, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can ensure procedures are followed more carefully in the future. We’re grateful that you spoke directly with the team member and arranged for the work to be completed after your departure. Your feedback helps us improve how we coordinate any necessary maintenance while guests are in residence. Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention and for staying with us. We truly value your feedback and hope we will have the opportunity to host you again in the future for a much smoother and more relaxing stay.

Thanks for your feedback, Michelle. Glad to hear the home met expectations and was comfortable for your stay. We appreciate your notes on the trash pickup and stove, and we'll look into those. A coffee table in the living room is a great suggestion too. Hope you had an overall great time during your stay!

Hi there. Thank you for stopping in at Coastal Oasis. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly and sincerely sorry that your stay fell so far short of expectations, and we completely understand your frustration and disappointment. We deeply apologize for the condition of the property on arrival. Issues such as a broken kitchen drawer, an unstable dining room table, and visible floor cracks should have been addressed prior to your stay, and we are very sorry that this was not the case. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your feedback has been escalated so these items can be properly repaired. We are especially sorry about the pool experience. You are absolutely right—regardless of the regular service schedule, the pool should always be checked on the day of arrival to ensure it is clean, safe, and ready for guests. Finding the pool unclean, along with broken skimmer pieces left on the deck, is unacceptable. We sincerely apologize that maintenance was not dispatched as promised after you reported the issue. We understand how frustrating it is to be told help is coming and then have no one arrive. Please know that your comments have been taken very seriously and shared with both our property management and maintenance teams so corrective action can be taken immediately. We truly regret the inconvenience and disappointment this caused during your stay and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Thank you again for your feedback. We are very sorry we did not deliver the experience you deserved.

Hi Jennifer! We’re glad you enjoyed the sunshine, pool, and fenced yard for your pup! We appreciate your feedback on the location and amenities. It’s always helpful to hear what would make the experience even better. A more detailed inventory list is a great suggestion, and we’ll look into ways to improve that for future guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future!

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear the home met your basic needs and that you enjoyed the convenient location and quiet neighborhood. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced, particularly with the pool and amenities. Your suggestions are appreciated and will be taken into consideration as we work on improvements. We hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Your detailed comments about the pool area, maintenance, and bathroom conditions have been noted and will be addressed with urgency. We genuinely appreciate your honesty—it helps us improve—thank you again.
