The Space:

This inviting and spacious luxury villa, nestled within the secure confines of Coral Estate, is a ten minute walk (five minute drive) from the serene beach of Karakter, two welcoming restaurants, a rejuvenating Spa, and a dive shop, making it an idyllic base for your vacation. In addition to these conveniences, the villa boasts exclusive amenities, including a private beach, an infinity pool with breathtaking ocean views, and a bubbling jacuzzi, elevating your stay to a pinnacle of relaxation and luxury.



The villa offers the comfort of a home away from home, where relaxation is guaranteed. It features three cosy bedrooms, three bathrooms, a generously sized kitchen, and a living room designed for ease and comfort. Various open doors lead to a veranda and pool deck, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The veranda is thoughtfully designed with covered and open sections to cater to your preference for sunshine or shade.



Whether basking in the infinity pool or unwinding on the deck, the stunning sea views serve as your backdrop. Adding a private beach ensures your connection with the ocean is intimate and undisturbed, while the infinity pool and jacuzzi promise endless joy and relaxation. Here, all that's required of you is to sit back and savour the beauty and tranquillity surrounding you.



Please note that construction works are currently taking place nearby and are expected to continue until end of November 2026. While we make every effort to keep any inconvenience to a minimum, some noise or disturbance may occur during your stay.

In consideration of this, we have adjusted our rates accordingly and reduced our prices during this period. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.



Guest Access:

Apart from your accommodation, you will have access to our pools with sun terrace, dedicated staff and their services. The reception is located walking distance from your apartment. From there the team can book tours, help with car rentals and you could receive information about the area or the island. Just send a message, give a call or pass by anytime for a chat!



The Neighborhood:

At our resort you will find all kinds of facilities for a relaxing holiday on Curacao. Start the day well with a delicious breakfast at Restaurant Karakter and then take a refreshing dip in our beautiful infinity pool. Are you curious about the underwater world of Curacao? At our resort you will find Diving School Coral Divers. End your day with a freshly made cocktail at Rooftop Bar Koraal while enjoying a beautiful sunset.



The resort is located on the lovely beach of St. Marie where you can also find the most beautiful reef of Curacao. During your stay you will enjoy all the tranquility that the area has to offer. You do not have to travel far for a relaxing day at the beach, swimming pool or snorkeling among the colorful fish in the sea. Our reception will gladly inform you about the possibilities of the different diving trips. The surroundings of Coral Estate Luxury resort also have enough to offer. The resort is located in green surroundings and close to many beautiful beaches such as Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi beach. A must-do when you are on Curacao is of course spotting the pink flamingos at the salt pans of the inland lake. It also happens regularly that the flamingos fly past our resort. You will optimally enjoy your holiday on Coral Estate because of these diverse surroundings.



Getting Around:

Within walking distance, you find several shops, diving school, bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach. If you want to explore more of the island, we can help you with renting a car.

Electricity is included under our Fair Usage Policy. Allowance: 20 kWh/day for the living area + 10 kWh/day per bedroom, which is sufficient for normal use of the air conditioning and household appliances. Only excessive consumption will be charged. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out.



Interaction with Guests:

Our professional and friendly staff is available 7 days a week. You can find them in the reception located walking distance from your apartment. The office is opened from 08:00 in the morning till 23:00 at night. Also, we are 24/7 available for emergencies at our emergency telephone number which you will receive during check-in.
