We were very appreciative of the wonderful accommodations. Our stay was delightful even with the heat. The condo was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The amenities were first-rate, as were the personal touches with snacks, a well-appointed kitchen, and very comfortable beds. This property is in a very convenient location, close to grocery shopping, golf, and numerous restaurants. This is our second time staying at Desert Falls, and we will be back. We are very thankful to our host for making our booking and stay simple and enjoyable.

Close enough to paradise

This was an amazing place to stay the price was right and it had all the amenities you needed almost like being at your own place and walking distance to a steakhouse and a grocery store. Kelly was very responsive on getting back to all our questions I would highly recommend anyone looking for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay if needed us as a family had a great time and would come back whenever we’re in the palm desert area

Appreciated the welcoming snack basket as well as well stocked kitchen. Use of two car garage was a great plus. Beautiful place

Kelly was attentive and very thoughtful when setting up the home even providing water bottles, snacks, individual q-tip packs and disposable toothbrush kits w/ floss and paste. She took her time writing detailed instructions to ease my arrival and departure. It was a very comfortable stay.

Good Visit in the Desert

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The property was as advertised and convenient to shopping, golf and restaurants. The pool was right outside the back door which was a hit for her. It was very well furnished and fully stocked with essentials. The property manager, Kelly, was very responsive and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and hope to return before the end of the year.

Lovely touches abound

My sister and I stayed at this property for several days. It was very clean and Kelly was quick in responding to any texts. We really appreciated all the little touches like popcorn for movie nights and trail mix for a hike. You will not regret choosing this property.

Mostly Good Stay

Our third time at the property in the last two years. Very convenient to great food, shopping and golf in Palm Desert. The home is right next to the pool which is perfect for the wife. The house is perfect for a couple or two couples and is furnished appropriately. This trip we did encounter issues with the garage door and A/C. Fortunately, the property is managed by Kelly who does an outstanding job! She handled both issues to our satisfaction. I would recommend the owners perform some routine maintenance between stays to help head off some of the things we encountered. Having said that, we will be back and look forward's to our next visit.

Wonderful property. Beautifully renovated master bath and kitchen. Roomy. Nicer than the photos. Great decor and attention to detail in personal touches. Comfort above and beyond.Kitchen has everything you need, even sharp knives! Master bathroom had everything and was a joy to use.Kelly was an attentive and helpful host. We really appreciated the gift basket!

Review

We enjoyed our stay with you and would have gave you all 5’s however we were very disappointed with the condition of the pool and hot tub- extremely dirt! Then last night neighbors came in upstairs with dogs - the people left the condo and while they were gone the dogs barked cried and whine the entire time.

From the owner: "Hi Tim, I’m sorry to hear your stay wasn’t perfect—I always strive for that. I wish you had mentioned the pool and hot tub concerns while you were here, as it’s been very windy lately and tough to keep things spotless. I could have asked the crew to come out and clean them for you. As for the dogs upstairs, I know the owner of that unit and would’ve been happy to contact them to take care of the issue. I’ve since reached out to them to help prevent this from happening again. I truly depend on good reviews to keep offering guests a great experience, so I appreciate you sharing your feedback."

Convenient and Clean

The desert falls community was very well maintained. The rental was immaculate, comfortable and had all of the necessary amenities. The patio view was really great. On the downside, if you're a light sleeper such as myself, I found the noise from the highway and the upstairs residents a bit too much. I ended up buying earplugs that helped with the street noise but wasn't full proof. The upstairs thumping began early in the am. If noise doesn't bother you, or if you are only staying in the master bedroom, this place is probably perfect. I didn't like having to go through a property manager. I have dealt directly with the property owner in the past rentals.
