The Space:
Welcome to our spacious, second-floor apartment, architecturally designed and furnished with brand-new pieces, making it perfect for families. Step into the grand building and be greeted by an elegant lobby.

The living area is a blend of comfort and style, featuring a cozy couch, two armchairs, and a flat-screen smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, and more. The adjacent glass window opens up to a charming balcony with a seating area, ideal for enjoying coffee in the morning, an afternoon beer, or evening tea.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, cooktop, microwave, water dispenser, coffee machine, essential plates, cups, and cutlery. The large dining room accommodates up to 6 people comfortably.

Rest in one of the two bedrooms, each boasting a new, queen-sized bed and a smart TV. The apartment also features a large, convertible couch for additional guests.

For your convenience, there's a brand-new washing machine and dryer. The two fully renovated bathrooms come stocked with toiletries, including shampoo, soap, a hair dryer, and an iron.

Your safety is paramount; the apartment includes a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke detector. This home comfortably fits 6 people, offering a perfect blend of luxury, safety, and comfort.

Buses run regularly to the Tel Aviv Central bus station, connecting you to destinations nationwide. For train travel, the nearby Holon Wolfson Train station provides easy access to various parts of Israel.

Bus services operate from 5:00 AM to midnight from Sunday to Thursday. On Fridays, public transport concludes around 3:00 PM, and services resume at approximately 6:00 PM on Saturdays, aligning with dusk.

Additionally, bicycles and electric scooters are available for rent in the area for a more personal exploration of Tel Aviv. They are perfect for a scenic ride along the Tel Aviv boardwalk, stretching from Jaffa Port to the northern Tel Aviv port.
