Smuk 3 soveværelser, 2 komplette bad i første sal lejlighed, der er praktisk til alt. Beliggende på rute 1 med let adgang til stranden, restauranter, forretninger og aktiviteter. Denne enhed Condo Condo tilbyder nem adgang til fælles pool via tilbage screenet-in-veranda (med loft ventilator og bord / stole) og tilstødende gårdhave.

Sovepladser 6 sovepladser med king master og dronning senge andre 2 soveværelser. Rulleseng til rådighed for en ekstra person. Hovedsoveværelset har et badeværelse på værelset (med hjælpestang til handicap), walk-in closet, kommode, loftsventilator og 50-tommer fladskærms-tv. Stort andet soveværelse (15 x 12) med loftsventilator, fladskærms-tv, stort skab og kommode. Tredje soveværelse har fladskærms-tv, loftsventilator og stort skab. Andet og tredje soveværelse deler et komplet badeværelse (badekar / bruser).

Opgraderet køkken har bordplader af granit og giver alle hjemmets bekvemmeligheder. Separat spiseplads har plads til 6 (og kan udvides til mere), mens morgenmadsbaren har plads til yderligere 2 personer. Den afskærmede veranda tilbyder ekstra plads til fire til spisning udenfor.

Family friendly/excellent stay!

My family and I just had a fantastic week long stay at this property. The entire process was easy and the manager was communicative and spent a lot of time ensuring our stay was positive. I would definitely consider staying here again.

It was a clean and spacious condo that was perfect for our first family vacation. Convinently located right at the Tanger Outlets and close to the beaches. Overall a wonderful stay. The property owners are responsive and helpful the whole time.

We had a great time! David and Nina’s place was clean and well kept. Everywhere we wanted to go was only a few minutes drive away. It was a great location to get to Rehoboth and Lewes beaches.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The pool view from the balcony was perfect for the parent hanging back while the baby napped to be able to see the older kids playing. Additionally, being able to see fireworks from both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth from the complex was incredible to avoid traffic chaos with 4 small kids.

Amazing home and great owners!

The house was perfectly staged Super cold AC great for the hot weather Spacious and clean Great for entertainment and comfortable for the whole family. Close to all the shopping dining and beaches!
