• Villa Cambria will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Please Note - Nearby Construction

There is ongoing construction work for a new apartment building a few doors down on the street. Guests may hear standard construction noise during regular working hours on weekdays (typically 7:30AM – 5:00PM). Construction is inactive during evenings and weekends.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.
