From the owner: "Thank you for your stay & feedback! I’m glad the home fits your needs & that the location worked well for your plans. I truly appreciate your note about the cleaning. Since your visit, I’ve switched to a new professional cleaning company to ensure an even higher standard of care throughout the home. It also came to my attention that while we do allow pets, they’re not permitted in the pool, & the lanai had not been properly vacuumed or swept to ensure all pet hair was removed. That issue has since been fully resolved. I take all feedback seriously & always aim to provide a clean, comfortable, & welcoming experience for every guest. Thank you again for bringing this to my attention!"

Thank you for your review. We're glad the inside of the home was clean and hope that part of your stay was comfortable. We followed up with the homeowner, who would like to share the following:- The lawn is maintained on a regular two-week schedule and was last mowed on the day of your departure.- Once we were notified about the pool condition, our technician arrived first thing the following morning to rebalance the water, ensuring it was safe to enjoy later that day.- The skimmer is functioning properly; however, heavy rain can affect water clarity temporarily.- The issue near the pool entrance was promptly addressed to ensure guest safety.Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your input helps us continue delivering exceptional stays.
