Great house for family gathering with large open area to gather in. The pool area was awesome. Sparking water, screened area with plenty of seating to sun in. Very quiet location with a golf course fairway behind with limited golfers passing by.

Jason was an amazing host, we travel to this area twice a year and I wouldn’t want to use anybody else. The house is beautiful, accommodations are spot on, and just a very well put together place to stay at for a home away from home vibe. Thanks Jason!

Nice and roomy pool home

The open concept floor plan with four king bedrooms, three bath home, provides a lot of room for families or couples to stay together. The living room had unique lounge chairs/couches that made for easy snuggling and relaxing area to watch TV. The covered pool room was a nice space with lounge chairs and a table and chairs with an outdoor kitchen area. The neighborhood had easy access to activities and restaurants in the area.

Clean and spacious. Great layout.

Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. The communication with Jason was easy and uncomplicated. Eight adults stayed 2 nights and had plenty of space. We would definitely rent again and stay longer to enjoy the house, pool and lanai.

Huge home with everything you need. We did have an issue with the pool heater but the owner on our 2nd day made the necessary repair. The beds are very firm so keep this in mind. Jason was very responsive and his cleaning crew immediately notified us of items we left. I highly recommend this property.
