- Music: No playing of loud music permitted at any time
- No obnoxious and/or offensive activity permitted at any time
- Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the owner’s designated parking space, using a Guest Parking Pass showing the rental start and end dates (owner to provide). Pass must be visible from the outside of the vehicle whenever it is parked at the Four Winds. Renters are not allowed to use owner’s parking passes. 1 parking spot per unit, unless owner has multiple authorized parking spots. No Exceptions!
