Our two queen beds come with soft, premium linens to ensure a restful sleep. The full bathroom includes a shower and tub, complimentary toiletries, and fresh towels for your stay.

You’ll be 14 minutes from Downtown (The Gateway Arch, Children’s Museum, Aquarium), Clayton, The Loop, South Grand and Maplewood businesses, restaurants and entertainment. You’re even closer to Universities (Wash U, SLU, Webster) or major hospitals (Barnes, St. Louis University, St. Mary’s). Just three minutes from Hwy 40/64 or Hwy 44.



This cozy house is steps from the very best that the historic Irish neighborhood of Dogtown has to offer. Great restaurants, shops, Forest Park, and the St. Louis Zoo are all a short walk away. The neighborhood is centrally located, not more than 10 minute drive to anywhere in St. Louis! Welcome to your home away from home.



Dogtown is a wonderful neighborhood within the city of St. Louis! My home is located within walking distance to Forest Park, and specifically the Saint Louis Zoo, voted the best free attraction in the US! Also within walking distance (about 1 minute) from many restaurants and pubs.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to access many major attractions.



St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

GUEST VETTING

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.



PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING

This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.



GUEST VERIFICATION

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.



TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.



The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $79 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

We aim to provide each guest with a beautiful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

The ABODEbucks team has completed the "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.



HOUSE RULES

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old

✔ Pets are not permitted on the property

✔ No smoking inside the home

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation

✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party

✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 8 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.

✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10 pm

✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
