Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or simply a moment to unwind, our oceanfront studio promises an unforgettable experience. This family-friendly resort offers various amenities for guests to enjoy. We kindly ask that you respect the rules in place. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the patio; however, there is a designated smoking area near the pickleball court. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is not a venue for parties, and our Condo accommodates a maximum of four guests.
Shellfish Policy
Live shellfish are strictly prohibited inside the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines in accordance with resort regulations.

Check-Out Instructions
- General Tidy: Leave the unit generally tidy and double-check for any personal belongings.
- Kitchen: Put away all clean dishes, load remaining dirty dishes, and start the dishwasher. Remove all leftover food from the house.
- Amenities: Place the resort key by the amenity basket.
- Pull-Out Couch: If used, strip the bed sheets and reassemble the couch.
- Garbage & Recycling: Take all trash, recycling, liquor bottles, and beverage cans to the commercial bins located beside the parkade.
- Final Departure: Turn off all interior lights, fans, and the fireplace. Turn down the heat. Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked.
