Denne ejendom er placeret mellem TCU og Will Rodgers og gåafstand til Fort Worth Zoo. Et par blokke længere til Colonial Golf Course. I-30 er blot et par blokke væk til alle Dallas / Fort Worth begivenheder. Oplev downtown Fort Worth kun 3 miles væk. Dallas Cowboy og Texas Ranger Stadiums ligger kun 15 miles væk. Hjemmet er en 2 etage fuldt møbleret meget pænt udpeget. Den store stue har masser af komfortable siddepladser og naturligt lys. Hugen er også behagelig at nyde dit yndlings kabel-tv-program. Køkkenet og spisestuen er mellem stuen og den. Køkkenet er fuldt funktionelt med alle dine essentials. Hulen åbner også til din egen udendørs gårdhave med grill og om aftenen perfekt belysning. Når du bliver træt har den en sovesofa til din bekvemmelighed. En dobbelt roll-away seng er også tilføjet. Det store soveværelse er meget stort med en queensize seng, sofa og kabel-tv til din fornøjelse.

Perfect home away from home!

We absolutely loved our stay - it was the perfect “home away from home” for us for our longer term stay. Plenty of space (we particularly loved the front living room, looking outside whilst having a coffee!), beautiful patio for dinner & drinks, and everything we needed. The location is perfect - lovely area, with lots of greenery, and nearby walking trail, and felt really safe - also close to some nice shops. Bill & Debbie were lovely hosts - so accommodating, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here, and will stay here again next time we’re back in Fort Worth!

Location near TCU was perfect, very nice house in a nice neighborhood. Property inside and out was great. Outside patio with table and chairs to enjoy. Inside nicely decorated but also comfortable to stay. Tons of room. Host very responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely stay there again myself.

Perfect location, beautiful decor, excellent customer service.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Bill was quick to respond to and resolve a minor concern. The apt is 2 story with the bedroom upstairs and a pull out sofa downstairs, excellent water pressure in the shower and sinks, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect. We attended a banquet at the Ft Worth Zoo and this apartment is literally within walking distance. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe and secure. We highly recommend this apartment and Bill and Debbie.

Adorable House We Will Be Back!!

Loved our stay for TCU parent weekend! The hosts were so very accommodating and kind! The house itself is beautifully decorated and located in a wonderful area, safe and quiet, behind the zoo. Close to everything! And nice to avoid the parking fees big hotels have. The only thing that is missed is the Shower water pressure was a little trying, but nothing to make us excited to visit and stay here again! We are not bath takers so only one shower for the three of us we needed to plan. Great kitchen and perfect for my husband to make my daughters missed breakfasts he made daily! Would have loved to have Fox News as a channel to watch in the evenings. Some people noted an Old Money feel, I get that. Over all just a charming house very well maintained. We didn't have time to enjoy the patio but it was super cute as well. We will totally stay her again, wanted to try the VRBO way and I think we liked it when there was three of us traveling together.

stylish and great location

This property was just as advertised and absolutely wonderful. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to many fun activities in Fort Worth. Everything you need for a fun stay is provided and the decor is inviting and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive prior to the booking and we had no issues while staying in the apartment.

Cowtown At It’s Best!

We loved this property! Well decorated, clean and perfectly located. Within 10-15 mins of most of our destinations and easy to access main thoroughfares. We really enjoyed the decor and the claw foot tub!

Darling abode and fabulous location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this charming house. We especially appreciated the lovely courtyard for coffee and wine which is lit in the evening. Best of all the owner is accessible and extremely helpful!!

Perfect for our family of 3

Beautiful home located right next to the Zoo and a short drive to the cultural district. Bill was super nice and the perfect host during our stay. He made himself available via text as soon as we arrived making sure that we had everything we needed. We were there for 10 days and he was very respectful of our privacy during the entire time we were there. The home has everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy ourselves without stressing over the little details that aren’t available at hotels. The courtyard patio was the perfect outdoor hangout for a cold drink or meals in the evening. We will definitely rent from Bill and Debbie in the future. Thank you!

Nine Days

We were seeking a comfortable home base that would permit us to entertain family and friends seven of the nine nights of our stay. This place was perfect! Located centrally, near restaurants and other attractions, we had no problem convincing anyone to come the first time. Once they had, they wanted to come again, so we were delighted. Bill and Debbie were perfect hosts, available but not overbearing, and the place is well appionted yet ultimately very homey.

Ballard Design look and great location too!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this Fort Worth VRBO as we were looking for a location that worked for access to Waco, Arlington and Dallas. We did Magnolia Market, the Cotton Bowl (AT and T stadium), and an awesome food tour in big D and had a wonderful space to recoup. The claw-foot tub was especially welcome after chilly days out and about. The kitchen is well equipped and all needed amenities are in place-even a washer and dryer! The only regret is that we didn't have even more time to explore the Fort Worth area. Only negative (and it's a TINY one) the TV was a bit challenging to operate and the stations offered were limited but no biggy.

ONE OF NICEST PLACES WE'VE EVER STAYED IN!

Our Thanksgiving stay at this outstanding home was more than we could have hoped for. My folks live at a senior living facility and we wanted a traditional family T-giving meal to have for them (with lots of leftovers!). While only 3 stayed at the house, we had dinner for 8 very easily. (It's a small place to house many people, but big on extras.) Bill and Debbie made sure the kitchen was beautifully equipped for cooking and entertaining, which we don't always do at VRBOs. I brought some of my own cookware and utensils since VRBOs don't always have what is needed for a huge meal, but for the most part, it was in fine order for all our needs. The four elderly family members who attended could easily navigate getting into and around the house. There was plenty of seating as well in the living room for pre-meal chatter, for football afterwards in the den and for girl-talk at the dining room table. This little house is attached to their main home, yet completely separate. It was immaculately restored and beautifully furnished for extreme comfort. Being a detail person, I loved how much TLC and extreme hard work they put into the house, from the traditional yet eclectic decor and coordinated color scheme throughout, to Bill's preparing a 6-seater dining table to accommodate 10-12 guests, tablecloth and all! The master BR was roomy, the bed was firm and comfy and the tub/shower was perfect. The den's sofa bed was a beautiful piece of furniture (but still a sofa bed with a bar across to sleep). The backyard area was delightful to barbecue, entertain or just sit with coffee in the morning. All in all, this is one of the absolute nicest, cleanest properties we have ever stayed in! Much thanks to Bill and Debbie!

Well-equipped and elegant apartment close to downtown and yet in a park-like setting.

We had a wonderful stay at Bill and Debbie's apartment. We joked that we didn't need to go to the Kimbell Art Museum because we could just stroll around the apartment slowly instead! Everything we needed was provided in abundance, from clean towels, comfortable bedding and pillows, kitchen pantry items, coffee supplies, cooking supplies, etc. We entertained, relaxed, and really made it "our home" for the four nights we were there. We didn't even have to bring our Christmas tree, because there were lovely decorations all around. When we did need something, Bill was quick to reply and meet us within minutes. We could also walk around the neighborhood and down to the zoo and river trails easily. A pleasure to stay.

Great apartment, super convenient!

Great place! Owners were very responsive and easy to deal with, even mailing back a couple of items we left behind. Bed was ridiculously comfortable and the shower pressure was great for an older house. Literally a 10-minute walk to the zoo, and very close to Magnolia and all it’s eateries and drinkeries. Off-street parking was a plus, and the only minus would be the weird cable TV lineup. You only get the networks, ESPN, HGTV, Food Network, and a couple others. This was a great home base for our Fort Worth weekend and we will definitely be back!

Great Location & House

My wife, daughter and I stayed the weekend to catch a TCU game and hit the zoo. The property, I think literally, could not be any closer to the zoo - you could easily walk if you wanted to. You will be close to campus so you can come and go quickly, and with ease. Lastly, the house is quiet, well decorated, and perfect for a weekend stay.
