John is a great host! Home is extremely neat and clean! Hot tub was an added bonus for sure! Convenient location—short/easy walk to shops/restaurants downtown! I would stay here again!

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were updated and the showers had plenty of space. The host John was great to communicate with.

Great three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house, with huge back porch, grill and hot tub, within walking distance of downtown and Centennial Park and a short drive away from the Saratoga Race Course. Rooms were clean and owner responded quickly to emails, texts and phone calls.Loved it, would do it again!

Location, location, location. Perfect spot for a walk downtown or to the track. Host was very helpful and communication was great. Hot tub and outdoor area provides a spot tonrelax and enjoy the stay. Neighborhood and parking fine.

We had an excellent experience in Saratoga Springs! Our Host, John , contacted me the day of our arrival to go over a few details about the rental, and was most accommodating should we have any questions. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds comfortable, ample parking, beautiful, new, well maintained hot tub.The house was very clean--located within a short drive to many attractions.

Girls weekend success in Saratoga

The house and location were perfect for four of us to stay comfortable and enjoy downtown eating and shopping! The hot tub was an added bonus. Everything was wonderful, clean, and organized. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home walking distance from downtown

This is such a lovely home, and it was a joy to stay here. The owner checked in prior to our arrival, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, bright and modern (even though it's an old house). We didn't cook in the house or use the hot tub (it was a COLD April weekend!} but hope to return to Saratoga Springs in better weather and would definitely stay here again.

Selfishly, don’t want to rave about this hidden gem so it will be available for our next trip! John couldn’t have been nicer during the whole stay, from getting into and checking out of his property. The home is gorgeous and impeccable. It was exactly what we needed for a golf & track weekend. Rooms were big and bright. Everything felt new and well taken care of, while maintaining the charm and history of the home. Perfect location close to everything while being on a quiet road. It truly made our stay extra special!

Quiet and comfy

The house was really clean and cozy. We parked behind the house in the driveway and our only comment was adding a house number to the back driveway area to make it easier to identify. The property manager advised they are adding that change. Easy to communicate with and helpful. It’s close to downtown Broadway which was only a short walk and convenient to the shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property with members of my family, here to attend a wedding. The accommodations were very good, as described and depicted in the photos. It is centrally located in Saratoga Springs, conveniently located to restaurants, stores and attractions. The only issue, which was a significant one, was that the hot tub was not in working order. The hot tub was one of the contributing factors of selecting this property. The host was kind enough to inform us the week of our visit, but we were looking forward to using it on two of the nights we stayed there. Our host did state that he would try to offer us a partial refund to compensate for this issue, but I have yet to hear from anyone.Despite the issue with the hot tub, I would highly recommend this property and host if you're looking to visit this area of the Adirondacks.

Our group of six friends stayed here for 3 nights. The location was perfect for us. The house has what you need to just hang out there if that's what you want to do. We walked into town a few times & to the grocery store nearby. We ate much lunch at Druthers, had drinks at the Adelphi, and wandered the farmer's market on Saturday. The other things we wanted to do were a short uber ride away. We went to Tree House and Vapor. John was a great host. He checked in with us before & during our stay and took care of all of our questions! We did bring two foldable/ packable chairs since the dining only sat 4 and outside only had seating for 4. We found that worked out great for us. But the living room can work for extra diners and there is a bench on the deck for extra seating. The kitchen had plenty of plates, etc and pots & pans.
