Less than a 10 minute walk to Downtown, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, and Saratoga Race Course! Be in the center of the action but enough privacy to feel relaxed.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Pots, pans, and kitchen necessities are included.

Rear patio with table set for six plus Adirondack chairs by the gas firepit. A Blackstone griddle and Weber gas grill are also available for guests use.

Driveway with off-street parking for 5-6 vehicles.

55" Samsung Smart TV in living room, 55" Samsung Smart TV in basement family room, 32" Samsung Smart TV in main bedroom. Spectrum high speed WiFi.

Tesla Level 2 EV Charger in garage. Garage will be closed to guests who do not require charger.

The Gray Horse was equipped with everything we needed. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely and very clean. The house was ideally located near all the places we wanted to visit in Saratoga Springs - with a great restaurant and cafe within walking distance too. Our hosts were very attentive and checked with us frequently to make sure we we had everything we needed. We had a delightful stay here.

Great price for an amazing property! The bedrooms were spacious and nice, comfortable living area, and very roomy furnished basement. Very centrally located to downtown Saratoga (walking distance). Highly recommend!

Stayed at the Gray Horse for four nights Jan-Feb 2026. Even though the temps were COLD outside, the location is great and the walk to town was fine. The house is clean, and welcoming. Loved the gas fireplace. All rooms were nicely furnished. The few times I needed to reach out to the host, he responded quickly. Would recommend this property and would stay here again. Great house and location. Very responsive host. Only criticism is the requirement to strip the beds and cleaning requirements given that a cleaning fee is already assessed as part of invoice.

Family weekend

Needed a place to stay for my daughter's baby shower over the weekend. We were very comfortable at Brandon's place. It was clean and cozy. Brandon responds very quickly there's no guessing, would definitely recommend for families and pets!

Beautiful comfortable home, walking distance to town

The house was very clean when we arrived. It contained all the essential kitchen items with a few luxury items as well. The beds were comfortable. We prepared and ate a few meals at home and it was very comfortable setting to dine and gather with a small group of friends. The kids played card games on the large kitchen table. The dog was happy. The host was kind responsive informative and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and would stay here again if available.Thank you.

July 2024 stay

We go on an annual couples trip every year. This location is a perfect location between the track and downtown. You could walk to either and it was nice that on our way back from the track we could easily drop items off before going out. Check in and out process was easy. The house was stocked with the essentials. If you plan on doing cooking I would recommend brining some seasoning (they had pepper & salt). For anyone wondering about the coffee situation the kitchen was stocked with both a Keurig and drip pot. They had k cups stocked. The owner was great at communicating and easy to get ahold of for questions. I went back early one night and felt safe staying by myself. We will definitely be rebooking.

We had a great stay overall. The house was exactly as described - clean, spacious, and conveniently located close to town. We did have an issue with the A/C but the host was very responsive and had someone out to fix it the next day, which we appreciated.
