Beautiful beach view and heated pool, which was great for the kids! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Our New Smyrna Beach stay

The condo was exactly like the pictures. Right on the ocean and clean. Plenty of room for my kids and their kids. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular ocean view! Condo was beautiful. My husband I visited for our anniversary and were looking for a relaxing spot. This was perfect. Very few people at the beach, nice and quiet. If you wanted more action, a short drive north and you’re there. We will definitely be back & book this same condo! Beautiful!

Family Beach Trip

This condo was fantastic! The direct ocean view from the balcony was beautiful for coffee at sunrise and for drinks at moonrise. Everything was as advertised, clean and well equipped. The beach chairs and umbrella were very useful and appreciated. The check in and check out process was easy. The property managers were very responsive and supportive via text or email. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this property!

Spectacular views

The condo is very clean and in a great location. The views of the beach and ocean are spectacular. It is close to the Cape Canaveral National seashore and still conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. The condo has living area and bedrooms and bathrooms updated and the kitchen is well appointed. It would be nice to had an additional closet or 2 available, and some luggage racks. There was only one closet available in the master suite. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming again.

Overall, the condo was great. The view was perfect, access was easy, the pool was great. Two issues we ran into: 1. The hotwater heater was depleted quickly. 2.5 showers of heat. Then 30min to regenerate. Not a big deal, but with kids we had to plan accordingly. 2. The wifi was a constant issue. We followed all directions, tried minimizing the number devices, switched to other available accounts, but it just didnt cut it. All tvs were slow or lagging, kids tablets were a nightmare, and our phones worked best on our own 5g. I know - first world peoblems. Just worth noting.
