We enjoyed this vacation home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying in this house. It was clean and comfortable. My family of 6 stayed there and we had more and enough space. The only things that can be improved are: the kitchen needs more eating utensils, whisk, larger tea cups, kitchen towels and the dishes washer needs to be repaired. Otherwise our stay was great! Shopping is great in the area also!Solterra resort is very nice!

Overall great!

House is wonderful, clean, plenty of space, everything you need to cook your own meals. Traffic in this area is very busy so give yourself extra time. When I did need to communicate with the owner I did it through app or text and they got right back to me. Would totally come back!

Thank you very much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback. We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the house and found it clean, spacious, and well-equipped for preparing your own meals. It is great to know that communication through the app and text worked well for you, and we were happy to assist whenever needed. We appreciate the note about the traffic and recommendation for guests to give little extra time for getting around the area, especially during the busier seasons for travel. We would be delighted to welcome you back in the future and look forward to your next stay! Feel free to reach out to us anytime.

Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great 2 week stay. Spacious accommodation. Very quiet area with no overlooking neighbours. Kids had a fantastic time at the pool, property had pool toys which kids enjoyed. Management responded very quickly with small issue we had while staying and dealt with immediately even though it was 4th July weekend we were very impressed how quickly the response was. Management company on top of everything I can’t fault anything. I would recommend and stay again. If I were to chose 1 thing to be improved would be replacing the mattresses on the beds in the 3 double rooms upstairs and replace the carpets with flooring but that’s a personal opinion.

We are so glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed a wonderful two-week stay, and that the home’s spacious layout, quiet location, and pool made it a great experience for the kids. We truly appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness, even over the 4th of July weekend, and we are pleased we could address your concern promptly. Your feedback on the mattresses and flooring is valued and will be shared with our team as we are always looking for ways to enhance our guests’ comfort. We look forward to welcoming you back to Blue Sky Villas in the future.
