The condo was in the perfect location. The beach chairs, cooler, wagon, and canopy were great and made beach days so easy. The balcony was nice and we even saw manatees and dolphins from it. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! We had such a great stay. Having small kids the location was very convenient we were close to everything. The beach equipment was also great to be able to use. We will be back.

Skyline

Our stay was for approximately 2 weeks and it was great. The property was very nice, clean and well stocked for most needs. The people we ran into in the building were very nice, also. We would definitely be open to returning.

Most beautiful & fun condo!

This condo is just gorgeous. It is decorated so beautifully loaded with gorgeous paintings and it’s just presented so beautifully and it’s so comfortable. The beds were comfortable the sofas and everything were comfortable and what a beautiful place I would give this place 10 stars.

Very clean and comfortable. All the beach equipment provided was super convenient. The Corner Cafe had excellent food and coffee!

Great rental!

My wife and I honeymooned here and loved the rental. It was extremely cozy and located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the beach. We also loved the balcony that overlooked the canal. We highly recommend this location to everybody!

Fantastic stay!!!

Wow this place was a little piece of paradise! The beach equipment was our favorite part! The wagon, chairs, and cooler made the long days on the beach just perfect. Location is wonderful. Beach is across the street, walking distance to restaurants and groceries

Great place to stay

Nice 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo across the street from the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Check in instructions were great. No problems. Would stay there again.

relaxing getaway

Everything was as expected from pictures and description listed. Was a challenge at first to use door lock and find garbage chute but eventually all fine. Enjoyed view of bay and easy 5 min walk to beach.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The home was spotless, neatly maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. One of the highlights was how easy it was to access the beach—it took just a few minutes to walk there, which made morning strolls and sunset visits effortless. Parking was simple and convenient, which is always a plus. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a clean, cozy place near the water!

Perky Pelican

We had a very enjoyable stay. The beach was very accessible and wonderful! Love the variety of restaurants. Love all the beach accessories. Washer and dryer were nice. A couple of suggestions--maybe get blinds or another drape to block out the sun in the morning in the living room. Love the sunrise though. The rugs by the bed were slippery. Maybe get rubber backed rugs. Extra toilet paper would be nice. One bathroom only had one roll. Not enough for one week stay. Overall, a wonderful stay with wonderful friends.

Vacation

Overall the condo was clean and neat. I wish they would have supplied more paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The only other complaint was the “security” door to get into the building was not shut one time for the entire 2 weeks. I would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Stay

Great location and very comfortable place to stay in Madeira Beach. We stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it. Waking up every morning to the sun coming up over the bay while sipping coffee on the balcony was great, and seeing manatees and dolphins in the water was a special treat. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals but having Sweet Brewnette cafe' and a Mad Beach Poke Bowls right downstairs was so convnenient. The beach is right across the street and it was great to have a beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler to use during our stay. The primary bedroom is spacious with a comfortable King size bed and an en suite full bath. There were only two of us during our stay, but the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and there is a full second bathroom too. The living area is sunny and bright with comfortable furniture and great water views. And the location can't be beat. It's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping, and a quick drive to many great attractions in the Tampa Bay area. We will definitely stay here again.
