Nyrenoveret 2/2 beliggende på bugten af Madeira Beach, FL direkte overfor John's pass boardwalk, der indeholder butikker, restauranter og barer.

Condo har king size seng i skibsføreren og to MÆRKE NYE QUEEN-store senge på værelset.

Vores 2. historiske udsigt fra balkonen er af bugten. Det er tilgængeligt fra familieværelset samt en privat adgang fra soveværelset. Det har en fantastisk udsigt over John's Pass-broen og havneområdet.

Køkken blev renoveret for et par år tilbage. I august 2019 installerede vi helt nye apparater i køkkenet! Vi har tilføjet NYE fladskærme i alle værelser: Familieværelse, soveværelse og 2. soveværelse. Der er en dvd i familieværelse og gratis WiFi i hele lejligheden samt poolområdet. I august 2018 installerede vi en dæksventilator på verandaen for at få ekstra luftcirkulation og komfort på balkonen.

Opvarmet pool beliggende lige ud til stranden. Området er for nylig blevet omgjort og ser godt ud!

Det er et fantastisk condo og bøger hurtigt. Strand & John's Pass butikker kun få meter væk!

Could not see the beach and faced the main road. Very noisy hearing traffic and bridge noise. Also some kind of noise through the walls. Overall, was a great stay though.

Everything was great, but the water pressure in the showers. They provided beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella to make your stay at the beach fantastic. Thank you.

We have stayed at Beach Place Condos multiple times. This is the most updated place by far.

We had a business trip to Tampa and added Beach Place before we needed to go to Tampa. We love John’s Pass. This is a perfect place and so glad to know that we can book for a few nights instead of a whole week.

Great location for food and beach

I stayed at this condo unit with my wife 9 month old daughter and two friends. The condo was very spacious and the furniture/bathrooms/kitchen were all recently updated. This property is located directly across from several restaurants and is in a great spot on the beach. Great for families. Loved our stay and would stay again.

Condo was nice and clean. Right on the beach, pool is a little small. Our only complaint was the elevator was very slow, they need two of them per building at this location.

Amazing location

This condo was absolutely the best location! We loved the close proximity to the beach and heated pool. Having a room with two queen beds was perfect for our family. The listing said it had ceiling fans and there weren’t. There was a fan in the master closet. The couch seemed new and that was a happy surprise.

Location, location, location!

We came here for a birthday trip and had a fantastic time. The location of the condo is amazing. You can walk to everything… Restaurants, bars, activities, boating, fishing, etc. Miles and miles of beautiful, white sand beaches! And the water is sooo warm on the gulf. The condo was wonderful! Clean and well stocked. It even had beach chairs.

Perfect place for a family

We spent a week in this unit and could not have been happier. We have 4 kids, so having a safe feeling place that had a beach and a pool were very important. We really never would have needed to drive once we got that because of all the dining options over at John's pass. (try the lobster rolls over at the Boardwalk Grill). This was our second year staying here and we will definitely be back.

Weekend Getaway

The property was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. We had a late check-in and the directions provided were clearly described and we had no problems. The property is in close proximity to several great restaurants and shopping areas. Looking forward to visiting the property again very soon.

Nice condo

The condo was perfect and the location was great to the beach and Johns Pass. The only downfall was it is VERY noisy especially at night from the King bedroom due to the traffic racing across the bridge. If you are used to city traffic you would be fine but being from the country it definitely kept me awake. Condo was very clean and nice!

Vacation

Just like the description of the property. We were allowed to store our luggage until we checked in and also for our late flight home. We didn't get a car because everything we needed was right across the street.

Nicely Renovated Beach Condo

The condo was nicely renovated, beds were very comfortable and the property was right on the beach. The host was very responsive to the few minor issues. The only negative for me was the loud noise from the drivers as the building is very close to the overpass and a lot of people were revving their cars and making noise throughout the night. But I guess that comes with being close to the beach. Overall, a very nice stay.

A GREAT Father's Day

I stayed there with my wife and 2 kids for Father's Day weekend. It was a GREAT weekend. Spent most the time in the pool and on the Beach at Madiera. The condo is right by John's Pass and we enjoyed the pizza and ice cream after a few minutes walk. The condo is newly renovated and had some nice, new TVs and furniture. A great stay!! After the fun (heading back to Tampa)...we were able to catch a Ray's game with a ZZ Top and 3 Doors Down concert to boot. A Great place...and a good time. I WILL be back!!!

Noisy

If you are looking to sleep it’s not the place. Before 6:00 am lots of noise we can hear from our bedroom. Probably won’t stay there again

Although we love Colorado, you can't help nut enjoy the beach, so we bought a condo at John's Pass/Madiera Beach and have loved spending time here!

My wife and I have been married for over 26 years and have two great kids, Alexis and Marc. The rest of the family is AJ's rabbit (Thumper), our trustful pooch (Dakota), and his recently rescued brother, Homer the Brave.

We would love to have you down to have a stay at our unit and we know you will love it!

We are constantly updating the unit and making improvements for our guests to enjoy.
Plenty of room for you and your family or group of friends.
New beds, new TVS, pretty much new everything. *Newly installed flooring throughout completed in January 2021, along with updated & remodeled bathrooms. In 2019, we replaced all the kitchen appliances and all new bedroom sets in 2018 with a new deck fan (to keep you cooler on the balcony) late in the summer months.

Our unit is just a few feet away from the pool and beach.

Across street from a number of shops, restaurants, or bars....you won't need to drive anywhere.

It is a family owned unit that we treat as a home, which we rent out for other people to enjoy. Come relax!
