Nyd dit confront ved havet med panoramaudsigt over den Mexicanske Golf! Denne enhed har den største balkon tilgængelig på Pelican Beach - komplet med spisebord og 4 stole. Her kan du nyde din morgenkaffe, mens du beundrer solopgangen over det smukke vand i Emerald Coast!
** Enhed # 813 er netop blevet fuldstændigt renoveret, der indeholder nye møbler, 55 tommer smart-tv, nyt tæppe i soveværelser, nyt strøelse og sengetøj, maling og opgraderinger overalt. Køkkenet har bordplader af granit, ahornskabe og apparater i rustfrit stål. Vores spisebord har plads til seks, og vores morgenmadsbar har ekstra siddepladser. Nyd havets lyde fra soveværelset, som har en skydedør til balkonen, king size seng, fladskærms-tv / dvd-afspiller og privat master-bad. Vores gæst soveværelse har en queensize seng, fladskærms TV / DVD, vestlig solnedgang udsigt og vedhæftet bad. Denne enhed har også en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler inden i enheden, hvilket gør det meget praktisk.
** Jeg betaler også min rengøringsservice for at gøre en "dyb rengøring" mellem alle lejere. Alt sengetøj (dyner, madrasovertræk, puder osv.) Vaskes - ikke kun lagnerne. (Jeg hader det, når jeg går på et hotel, og det første, jeg gør, er at trække dynebetrækket af, fordi jeg ved, at de ikke vasker det hver gang!) :(

Lejligheden har en nøglefri adgang - ingen nøgler til at hente eller sende frem og tilbage, og ingen nøgle til at bekymre dig om at miste på stranden. Nyd sydøstens smukkeste strande og alle de udvejsfaciliteter, som Pelican Beach har at byde på !!
Jeg leverer spil og film til regnfulde dag-back-ups. Jeg kan også tilbyde strandstole og sandlegetøj, så du ikke behøver at have dem med dig eller købe dem. Jeg er lokal og prøver at sikre, at alt er perfekt til din ferie.

Pelican Condo in Destin

Our condo was in a wonderful location on the beach. We could wake up in the morning and watch the sunrise on the balcony. The full kitchen was nice to have with children. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and hitting the beach! Great Stay!

Fantastic Place to Stay

We came to Destin for my son's military training graduation. The condo was perfect for us! It was in a great location and had a fabulous view! It has been well maintained, super comfortable, and has plenty of room. The owner was wonderful, and she communicated very well. I am so happy with my choice and will stay here again if we return to Destin!

Just What We Needed

My husband and I had never been to Destin, but we wanted to relax on a quiet beach without a lot of people. Since we visited before the official start of tourist season on March 1st, it was the perfect spot for us. The condo was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and had a wonderful view to the east from the balcony. We walked for miles every day on the beach, and hit up some nice restaurants nearby. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were available to borrow. Anita was very helpful in responding quickly, and provided much information on the area restaurants. If we ever return to Destin with just the two of us, we will definitely rent from Anita again. Thank you, Anita, for the wonderful stay.

First stay but Not The Last

Our first stay in Destin and we felt so blessed to have found this place and this unit at The Pelican Beach Resort. The views of the white sand and water from the balcony are beautiful. The beds are comfy, plenty of space in the unit and I have never been to a condo that had a kitchen that was as well stocked as this one, right down to a pair of scissors. The amenities are second to none. My husband loved the fitness room and we liked our visit so much, we have made plans to come back next year. The new owners are pleasant and very easy to work with and the property is well maintained. We highly recommend this unit. The location is excellent and within 10 miles of just about anything that we needed for the past month.

The most amazing place!

From beginning to end this condo was hands down the best place we've ever stayed; and we've been coming down to Florida for years. Anita was so kind and accommodating. I've never had such a wonderful experience with a host. She went farther than above and beyond for us. The condo was immaculate and we had everything we needed right there on hand. Beach chairs (for the little ones too), an umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, extra bath towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, tons of extra blankets which we loved when we snuggled on the very large and comfortable couch for movie nights 😍 There are tons of games for game night also. She left us a very sweet gift basket packed with goodies for the kids and a nice treat for mom and dad too! I can't say enough how impressed by and grateful I am to you, Anita! We had a wonderful time and absolutely can't wait to come back next year!!

We stayed at this condo and cannot say enough good things about it! The owner just bought this condo and was extremely nice to work with. From the moment I contacted Anita I knew this vacation was going to be a positive experience! She was prompt in answering any questions I had and knowing this was my first time in Destin, put together listings of places to go, things to do, & suggestions on where to eat!! She even had a welcome basket waiting for us in the condo with a bottle of wine and cheese! As far as the unit itself, just like the pictures....beautifully decorated, & updated. I loved everything about it! I am VERY picky about cleanliness and this place was sparkling clean! We loved having cocktails out on the balcony which included gorgeous views of the sunrise & ocean . Will be back for sure!! Thanks for everything!!

Destin Getaway

This was an amazing trip. Anita was very easy to communicate with. I was very appreciative of her allowing us to add a day last minute. I also extremely appreciated that she allowed us an early check in and a late check out. No one truly understands how much that helps when your flight comes in early morning and leaves late. Finding sonewhere to go after traveling for hours on end can be very difficult. Anita was very accommodating. I also loved that all the cookware and dishes were clean and in good shape. I hate when I rent a place and the cookware is in such bad condition you can't even use th. That was not the case here. I wish the hot tub had been available a little later than it was. This is not something that affected our trip though. Some recommendations that did not affect the quality of our trip, the toaster needs to be replased as it does not work properly. A small laundry basket would be useful to have for guests who need to do laundry. A full length mirror on the back of a bathroom door would be nice. The curtains could be washed ( but they were not something that was terribly dirty, just something I noticed).Overall, the condo was exactly as described and with tasteful decor. I will definitely rent this condo again. I left beach chairs and an umbrella on the patio. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Perfection

Oceanfront condo on powdered sugar Destin Beach. Three pools, two hot tubs, and one well appointed condo. Anita has truly thought of everything !! The Emerald waters of this slice of heaven are just steps away. Did I mention the beach tiki bar (parent treat) and poolside snack bar (pizza for kids) ? Read Anita’s orientation letter for spot on dinner suggestions, beach chair rental, and strategizing access to busy beach. Lots of attractions across the street (H2O park, mini golf, golf carts, etc.). This is truly the perfect spot on the happening end of Destin:)

Perfect Family Get Away

Anita and her home were the perfect family get away for my husband and my 3 and 5 year old daughters and I. Her home was so clean and inviting. Her home was exactly like the pictures. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Anita thought of everything. She had chairs and toys for the kids, and she made suggestions for things we might like to do based on the ages of our daughters. We had morning breakfast on the balcony and didn’t even bother eating outside most of the time because a perfect beach view would have left us waiting hours somewhere else, when we could have the same view from the comfort of “home.” Anita left lots of delicious restaurant suggestions. Some of our favorites were McGuires, The Pancakery, The Back Porch, Stewby’s, Merlin’s Pizza and The Ice Cream Shoppe. As far as swimming, the pools were legitimately heated. We were able to go night swimming comfortably, even when the temperatures outside were in the low 70s and high 60s. The beach was clean. The only struggle we might have had was finding space on the beach because the beach chair company is a bit excessive, but Anita told us some ways around it, and with our small kiddos, we mostly just hit the beach before 9am and after 5pm when the chair rental company didn’t have chairs set up, and the sun wasn’t too hot for our littles. Overall, we really couldn’t have wished for a more perfect place to stay for our family vacation! If you’re considering Anita’s condo, you should do it! She is an incredible host.

My husband and I have 3 grown kiddos and have just recently retired from the military after a great 24 years of service. We were stationed all over the world and had some fantastic adventures but fell in love with the sugary white beaches of Destin! We decided to buy a condo on the beach to share with family and friends! When we are not using the condo for personal time, we are happy to rent it out to share the great beaches of the Emerald Coast with other families!

I don't like it when it looks like the rental places have left over furniture and old linens in it. :( So, we have renovated the condo from top to bottom to make sure that this is a place people would LOVE to relax in after a full day at the beach. New linens, bedding, furniture--everything is brand new and updated!! We have complimentary beach chairs and toys- so you can head right down to the beach and start your vacation.

We looked at many, many condos before buying this one. This unit is directly on the ocean. The location is perfect! Right in the heart of Destin, so you can actually walk to quite a few of the restaurants and entertainment hot spots. Also being a "full service" resort- means that you have free access to amenities that the other condos in the area don't. 3 pools, full gym, tennis courts, movie rentals, hot tub, sun deck, cafe, on site convenience store, security, outdoor grill area and picnic pavilion, tiki bar--
We also purposely chose our unit as the great views it has of the weekly fireworks! Every week a fantastic fireworks display is shot off over the harbor which can be viewed perfectly from the front balcony of our condo! No need to drive over there, grab your glass of wine (or sodas and popcorn for the kids) and watch the show!! We as owners, also live in the area, so we are available for any questions or needs that may arise. We know you will enjoy the condo as much as we do...
