Great apartment on the beach front. Parking opportunities all around. However, note that the apartment has no balcony/terrace - but the entire wall facing the sea is sliding/can be opened.

Lovely area, the view was stunning. The communication with the owner was superb. The only drawback is the number of stairs you need to reach the apartment other than that it’s highly recommended place to spend your vacation!

Perfect seafront access and views. Excellent facilities, comfortable, good kitchen and kitchen equipment. Perhaps tea towels and oven gloves would be useful.

I wanted to say a big thank you to the owner! The flat was clean, the owner was always available, you can reach the bus station in 4min where you can go straight to malaga central! Perfect place to rest your head, you can hear the sound of the sea when you sleep. You can see the best sunrise!

My host Daniel was very helpful and friendly, my flat was cleaned three times in 14 days, fresh linen and towels coming along. The flat has a breathtaking view on the beach and the sea. In January you see the sun from sunrise to sunset from the terrace.

Good room

Good room, updated and comfortable. Pictures show a balcony that allows you to sit outside and enjoy the beach front. Unfortunately, our first level floor did not have access to the balcony. The room on the third floor is the only room that has access to the balcony. The property should not advertise a balcony photo if you people who reserve the room cannot enjoy the balcony. Other than this deceiving picture the room was fine and had everything we need.

Air conditioning of 1 apartment did not work, we sent messages several times, they did not answer. We called several times, they promised to send someone, we waited, NO ONE came. It seems that they know about the problem, which is why they put small fans in every room. But It does not help in the heat of 35-38 °C. The apartment itself was ok, but cleaning was poor

The apartment looks like an amazing place to stay. The reality is very different. We booked the apartment on the day that we stayed and I am pretty sure that the company that runs tha partmenr did not know we had booked it as I had to call as there were no instructions of how to access the apartment. I called the number eventually on my email and then had to do the check in process outside the property! It gets worse, eventually 15-20 minutes later we get into the apartment and there were ants on the table, and lots of crumbs on the place mats which were on the table, on the work tops and on the tiled floor. We complained and in fairness the host sent the cleaner to the apartment who came while we were out. Before we went out we decided to put our food in the fridge as we felt it was the only place that it was safe, but when we came back and went to our food, we found ants in our food. Interestingly the host sent in his confirmation email that there is an ant problem in the apartment. Surely in April this should have not have been an issue but it was. I asked for a refund as we felt the apartment fell well below the standard that we expected. Since my email that I sent 7 days ago I still have not had a reply, poor customer service. My advice is to not rent this apartment , not even for one night!!! If you do good luck

Sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella.
