First floor: a bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds (upon request possibility of incorporating a single bed) and small balcony.
Second floor: master bedroom with bathroom and access to the solarium terrace with spectacular sea views and urbanization.
The Varadero Urbanization evokes a beautiful old town of the Mediterranean, with its white houses, gardens, street lamps, streams, gazebos, basketball court, soccer field, large pool in the upper part of the urbanization and small pool very close to the bungalow, at the entrance of the urbanization there is an outdoor gym, 50 meters away one of the best beaches of Santa Pola "Varadero Beach", next to the beaches walking along the promenade, in 4 minutes a cafeteria, annex to the urbanization the restaurant Varadero specialty in rice and fish from the bay, in 15 minutes you will reach Santa Pola town, 10 minutes walk has the supermarket "Mercadona", 13 km from the airport, 20 km from Alicante.
