We loved this property well worth the 2 year wait, due to Covid. The apartment has everything you need. The pool is lovely and does not get too busy. Also the beech is opposite which does did not get as busy as I thought it would. So you have a choice of pool or beech. We were there when the pyrotechnic completion was on in Cannes, we went into the pontoon opposite the apartment and was able to see it from there. We also took a bus into Cannes cost €1.50 each. Bruno who meet us at the apartment was delightful and got us a good package which was great to get us started. We loved it so much we have booked for next year.
