Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms- one furnished with double bed and the other one with two single beds-, a room with a sofa-bed, two big bathroom, such a spacious leaving room with a double sofa-bed and kitchen too. Great for seven people. The apartment is tastefully decorated.

CONS- We arrived in Madrid late December and the apartment was an ice box. The heating system was not working and the family froze. They fixed this the next day. The wifi did not work while we were there. Also- one of the bedrooms is downstairs, basement, and there was a musty humid smell while we were there. Could not let the kids sleep there. PROS- The neighborhood is centrally located, a 10 minute walk to places- but we were greeted with dog poop at the front door and graffiti everywhere. Best coffee in the area is called Slow and there's a Dia market down the street.
